Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Libreville. Named for the freed slaves that helped build the port town, Libreville has grown into an elegant and wealthy capital city since Gabon gained independence in 1960. The seafront boulevard is lined with expensive hotels and stores, while the Louis quarter is known for its stylish clubs, restaurants and bars. Pointe Denis, accessible by a short boat ride, is a resort island with some of the area's best beaches. The Sibang Arboretum, just outside the city, showcases the country's unique flora.

We sat down for a great breakfast. You could order off menu here including an English breakfast. We asked for an English speaking waiter and luckily he was on shift that day. I loved the food and the friendly service
je recommande les spaghetti en crevette ! c'est tellement bon ! que j'en ai mangé à plusieurs reprises le même plat :)
Come and enjoy our delicious pizza in an enchanting pizzeria located in the heart of downtown La Tuque. Our family restaurant offers a full range of pizzas, pastas, fries, salads and more...
We were a table of 8, service has been quick and smooth, the waitress had time to chat and gently joke, food was very good. prices are in line with this type of restaurant in Libreville, expensive but no scandal considering staff and food were very good.

I've had lunch a couple of times here. I'm impressed by the speedy and efficient service. The restaurant is popular with well-healed locals and expats alike. With seating outside and in an open restaurant area - it is popular and buzzy. This place boasts a wood fired pizza oven and the results are good - crispy bases, generous sizes and a good selection of toppings. It also has some great gelato for dessert.

You are overwhelmed by the pizza choices and variants you have never heard about before. At a bit after opening time (19) I was about the only guest, but at 21 it was almost full - a popular choice by local, expats as well as the odd tourist. The location on harbour is a bit uncomfortable, so take a taxi or walk quickly to the main road nearby.

Italian Restaurant
I've never been to Italy actually but I can dream as to what an eating experience in a high range restaurant would be like. Roma met that dream. The service was impeccable. The incredibly professional and welcoming staff was a real refresher, namely in Libreville where service is not always with a smile. The food's presentation was amazing and it tasted equally good. The wine list can be compared to wine lists in France and Dubai (Yes I have been to amazing restaurants there). An amazing experience overall. On the pricey side but well worth it.
