What a difference a year makes. We went to this place twice in the winter of 2018, and it was lovely. Went back recently on a summer trip and itâs changed utterly. Bland menu (fast food-ish), no ambience, curt waiter, unannounced cover charge of 2euro per person (why not call it service charge if you must?) and they didnât warn ahead they donât take cards (itâs 2019 havenât they heard of technology?). So disappointed. HelloSorry if your visit to our restaurant was not a nice experience....regarding the shorter menu you found was just because our chef had a personal problem and left for almost 3 weeks..now he is back to prepare food meal as usualAlso we had a problem with the pos machine, thatâs the reason why we were not able to accept cardsService charge was in ge menu also last year (since our opening in 2013 )I am really sorry for your bad experience and I would like to invite you next time you will be again in KitzbühelJust let me know in advance00436769032492 Simone
Kirchberg Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Kirchberg
we met Stefano and his wife Gabbi in a local bar one evening and struck up a conversation. On learning that Stefano ran an Italian restaurant I mentioned that I struggled with the local Italian restaurants as all they served was pizza and pasta and, as i require gluten free food, I was unable to eat in them. Stefano was quick to offer to cook me a gluten free meal, telling me that he needed a couple of days notice to buy in gluten free pasta, or if I preferred, he could make me a risotto to order any time - this was not on the menu but as all food is cooked fresh there, it was not a problem to make me whatever I wanted. We accepted his offer and agreed to come for a meal a couple of days later. The restaurant was busy when we arrived but Stefano reserved a lovely window table for us. The food was wonderful - Mozzarella Caprese to start, followed by a delicious seafood risotto, cooked to perfection, all accompanied by a very nice bottle of Merlot. Stefano and his staff are extremely friendly and provide attentive and professional service. The restaurant itself is cosy and inviting - suited to both a casual dinner or a more romantic occasion. It was well worth our second visit a couple of days later, and we shall certainly return on our next trip to the Tyrol
Traditional dishes, meeting Tyrolean hospitality, in Aschau near Kirchberg in the Spertental valley in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alps is our restaurant z'Fritzn. You can reach us comfortably by bus - bus stop directly in front of the house, in winter w
Gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Der Hauswein (rot) ist zu empfehlen und preislich sehr günstig. Freundlicher Service.Vielen herzlichen Dank für die ausgezeichnete Bewertung. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren nächsten Besuch.

Family of four ordered four half pizza for lunch. They were lovely, pastry really good! Then we ordered crepes.....requested lemon with crepes. The waiter couldn't understand my request so agreed we would have their "chocolate crepe". Not only did they take a long time to come out (individually....) they were cold, dough was tough and the runny ice cream was awful..the chocolate sauce was cheap and nasty! Then I asked for the bill.... â¬90! I questioned an added expense on the bill and was told that I was charged for an extra plate because there was four of us. I would never return to this restaurant and would not recommend it. We were in Kirchner for a week and didn't return here! Wouldn't you think you would be encouraged to return seeing it's very quiet in this area, tourists are cancelling their holidays due to the warm weather and no snow fall....

Nice location in a beautiful building near the bridge, and good Italian food. We were a large group and most ordered pizzas and salads. Excellent late-nigh dinner.

I would come back to Ellmau just to have pizza at this place! We went in to the restaurant not necessarily wanting pizza, but we had no choice on this occasion as it was all they were serving. A bit disappointing, but also maybe a blessing as the pizza was amazing! I had the picante, which I can totally recommend. Reasonable prices too. Canât complain.

Good pizza, great saladas, service and location. Stronly recommend it
One of the best pizzas we have ever had. Better than we managed to find in Rome, and we saw the Italian couple next to us compliment the food and order more risotto so must have been good. Fairly reasonable for Kitzbühel, similar price youâd pay for uk pizza. Great location and whilst you canât book, they turnover tables fairly regularly (without rushing you out)

Restaurant with lots of typical tirolian dishes. We are a small family business and use just fresh and regional products for our meals.
We had a very delicious meal here. The chef is the owner and he is passionate about the food and can tell you where all of the produce comes from.
