Starters took 90minutes, main courses took 2.5hours, rude and aggressive manageress. Several main courses missing with no explanation.I would give this zero out of five if I could. Awful experience.Booked more than 1 week in advance for party of 25 (on a charity WWI commemorative fundraising bike ride) - staff happy to welcome us and happy to serve wine and beer. However, mix of starters between 6 tables ordered at 9pm, (when majority of the rest of the restaurant had cleared), took 90mins to start arriving.Main course orders taken at 9:30pm and arrived between 11:20pm and 12:15am! One or two at a time, several meals missing. Friends and colleagues who were asking what the hold up was, were shouted at by the manageress.Manager actually made one friend cry. She got right up in the faces or the others who tried to sort it out and argued blindly that this was a normal situation and they would not a) give any explanation, b) give any discount or c) tell us where the rest of our food was!The bill came for everything we ordered, regardless of whether it had been received or not and then they said they would call the police on us for saying we would not pay for the food we didn't receive. One person agreed to pay to stop the manageress and wait staff from shouting. The rest of us left the restaurant to get it of their way and the staff called in 4 large men (presume relatives) who screeched up in a 4x4 and piled in to the restaurant to stand around the remaining 3 members of our party until they paid and left. Very intimidating. Several of our party speak fluent French and Italian but the aggressive manageress would not listen to questions, she just shouted. I have never witnessed or been in the receiving end of anything so intimidating and disgraceful from someone running a business. I would love to visit this region as well but would never go to or recommend this restaurant.you were the annoying people and arrogant on top of that , customers are not always right. You were supposed to come at 8:00 pm and you have phoned at 7:45 pm to tell me you were coming at 9:00 pm and I said ok , that there were no problems, then you have not come all at 9:00 pm you all have arrived at 3 different times, the fist person that arrived started to command the appetizers but since you're not all at the restaurant I couldn't send out the appetizers , then the same person command the drinks and you're not there yet, you've arrived at 9:30 pm then you have written some falsehood in order to give us a bad image, you wrote that we didn't gave you a discount and this is false because we removed 120 euros of the total although I personally didn't want to do it, you have to thank my husband for that .I don't know weather in England you take the order even before all the group arrive , then I can't take the order when all the people are standing up , you have no education, we are used to lead people to sit together, and then a waitress passes to take the commands of the drinks, and after we bring the drinks you take the order for the appetizers or the mains , you have commanded all standing up and this is not the system, I had to find people because they weren't sitting , I had made the menus translated into English but you did not care , you've insulted me and yelled at me , and it's easy to write comments on tripadvisor you can write what you want but the people that were in my restaurant can testify the huge mess that you have make , all my clients that were in the restaurant said that you gave a bad image of England . Actually you behave like very rude and arrogant people .What you have done is unacceptable , you have knocked down all the menus and you stepped on them , you threw the bread baskets to the ground , we found the forks on the ground to , and finally the rude girl with black hair pretended to cry because she knew that she had to pay the Bill and she did a scene because she didn't wanted to . I threatened to call the police because They did not want to pay the Bill after they drank like camels. I have a lot to say but it will take more than 10 pages to write it all. You even took the bottles of wine that were left , even if you didn't have the right , but I said that there were no problems, then you tell me to do the discount and I did a 120 euro discount . ( and you didn't deserved it ) . Besides that you stole 2 glasses of the restaurant and you thrown them out, you drank the wine bottles and you put them all out on the street, you took the carpet and thrown it in the street! You are not civilized people at all , you are all rude. the carpet was thrown by the woman who pretended to cry . congratulations you are a good actress !

Nous cherchions des pizzas à emporter et nous avons trouvé maxi pizz. Première commande et j'ai beaucoup aimé leur pâte à Pizza.Pas trop sèche et pas trop cuite .La seule chose est qu' il devait y avoir du brûlé dans le four et j'en avais en dessous de la mienne ...que je n'avais pas vu ...Mais bon ça l'enlève sans problème.J'y retournerai .

We chose this place after wandering around Bethune on a warm evening looking for somewhere to eat. It had outside tables, a buzzing atmosphere and we liked the look of the menu.After being brushed aside to wait for attention, we were eventually shown to a table indoors which was disappointing but understandable as we hadn't booked.Our group of 4 had mixed experience with food choices. Pizzas were good but the Gorgonzola and walnut ravioli dish was really poor with absolutely no blue cheese flavour and barely discernible stuffing.The staff were generally offhand.

C'est la première fois que nous mangions dans ce restaurant, à part les entrées et encore c'est pas le top ,le reste c'est vraiment décevant et les desserts vraiment nul

Petite pizzeria avec une deco sympa!! Nous étions de passage avec un collègue dans ce village et franchement nous avons mangé de très bonnes pizzas!! On sâest régalé. La gérante est super gentil. Bref très bonne adresse Merci

Long trip from UK, chose Dolce Vita because of good reviews & didn't want to travel for restaurant. Not disappointed, so thank you other Trip Advisor reviewers! Great mealShared gambas grillee - HUGE gambas (see photo.He had cotes d'agneau (lamb chops); I had sole meuniere. Both excellent, accompanied by pommes frites salad (me) ratatouille (him). With garlic parsley butter.Followed by profiteroles (yummy). Pichet 50cl of Chablis at â¬14 which was excellent.A very long day but very happy & satisfied. Hoped to see the guy 'spinning' pizzas, but no luck. But it looked a very professional pizza oven.Private parking & wifi that works - great.

Ok, Béthune area is not very gastronomic. And this Italian restaurant (although it is chain of restaurants) and its correct offer lead it to become the best Italian. The quality is homogeneous among dishes but also over time (extremely important to be qualitatively stable). Good choice of wines. The offer is various and efficient.
