Located next to Leenane Post Office. Our visit to The Village Grill was a very negative and dissapointing experience, in great contrast with the other premises nearby. May I humbly suggest Bord Failte check this place out.
We popped in for a light lunch. Ordered chicken soup, onion rings, cappuccino and tea. I thought creme of chicken out of a packet was extinct, the onion rings were frozen before deep frying in not quite hot enough fat, the coffee was all milk and the water provided tasted tainted. Chips with cheese and curry sauce score a 3.Nice friendly waitress and prompt service but an apple out of the glove box would have been more memorable.

The 814 Restaurant at Delphi Resort offers casual and relaxed dining while overlooking the rugged Connemara landscape and scenic mountain views. With a refined ambiance, the food is sourced and selected from locally based farmers and fishermen. Seafood is
Had dinner here twice while staying at the resort. There was a daily set menu with some additional daily specials and a-la-carte on offer. The choices were very appetizing; in fact, I could have enjoyed every option on the menu! The goats cheese tartlet and the confit of duck were amazing starters. The hake with tiger prawns, the roast lamb, the beef bourguignon and the duo of lamb were terrific. The presentation, taste and quality were all top class. The deserts were pretty tempting also. The wine list is somewhat limited but there are some good options available. The staff were very friendly and the service was relaxed.

We were part of a small group tour which stopped in Leenane for a break. The Irish coffee was superb, as promised as was the service. Cozy, friendly pub for a pit stop and a memorable place as well. Nice fire in the fireplace at the end of March, too.

Food Trailer serving locally sourced, delicious meals & specialty coffee in a unique & beautiful seaside setting. Situated along the Wild Atlantic Way, near a signature viewpoint on the Killary Fjord, we want to show the wonderful flavors that are surroun
Tucked into a small car-park a few kilometres west of Lennane on the south shore of Killary harbour - this a must visit for the best in Street Food using local produce prepared daily and cooked to order. A few outside picnic tables and chairs available with stunning views towards the mouth of Killary harbour make this a great place for a casual coffee/snack/lunch - if it rains, be prepared to eat in the car, but the views are still just as good.

Bar and restaurant located in Leenane hotel
I love this hotel, the staff, food, ambiance is just fantastic. We arrived on Sunday 30th June and as our room wasn't ready they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The whole stay was the most relaxing place, the food was unbelievable ( I am a chef, so hard to please), the service was great, we had David and he bent over backward every time to see if everything was ok for us. I couldn't highly recommend this hotel, Agnes and Conor were a pleasure to deal with also and deserve to be supported as nothing is too difficult for them and certainly deserve the support.I was delighted to hear that they are staying open until after Christmas so a return visit in November is on the cards. I have to mention Thomas behind the bar, was a pleasure to have someone so friendly and a great craic also. Also was delighted that the phone coverage wasnt great so as my Husband is left employed it gave me a much need break plus myself. It is so picturesque kilary harbor and the walk into the village only took about 10 mins. The bar that was featured in the film The Field was still the same as it was when they filmed it. The locals were lovely also and very friendly. Highly recommended!!!!
