Restaurant located on a hill overlooking harbour and river running through Hamburg, and with an interesting history. Food was very well prepared, and service very good. I had the "Hamburg style" pen fried fish of cod and salmon, and it was perfectly prepared. Good selection of wine and beer list. Dining rooms spacious and huge, and ideal for parties.

Visited with friends as a last night of holiday celebration. We were lucky with the weather and could sit outside to eat. A fabulous view. And the food was great -- we had ordered a pre-set five course dinner, and it proved to be everything hoped for, and more. Really well prepared and presented. I can recommend this to anyone.Dear Pete R,we do really thank you for your positive comments and your visit at the Deck 7 Market Restaurant at the Süllberg. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your dinner so much. Especially local food like Grünkohl, Labskaus or Stint (fish from the river Elbe) are excellent. You sit in an authentic place of the time when Blankenese was home of the captains and ship owners. Also wine and beer fit perfectly to the food.

The atmosphere comes first and come here if it would be only for this. Sit inside or in their backyard full of green. If you happen to be thirsty or hungry go for it! It is not amazing but definitely very good!

If ever consider to spent few days in a beautiful German country side you should definitely visit this established. Two hundred years old hotel offer everything what you need if you want to go back in time, staff is extremely friendly and even if they will not understand exactly what you want they will do everything to make you happy. Adorable place worth of visit and what a dinner we had!!!!! There was everything absolutely you could not eat all of it, I hope I will be back there one day. There is a parking space for guests and it takes about an hour to get there from Hamburg airport. Enjoy!!!!!

The Mühle Jork in Borstel is something quite special with its haute cuisine and historic feel. Guests enjoy a whole range of culinary delights as well as the wonderful hospitality of the owners Kerstin Schulze and Danny Riewoldt. The restaurant is within
We came here for lunch. The lunch menu consists of two starters, four mains and two (three?) desserts. We had an excellent red wine with different starters and mains. The food is mainly locally sourced. An excellent olive oil with bread basket arrived first. A ginger orange soup was next, which was tasty, but much better was my neighbors choice of beetroot, rilettes and roasted hazelnuts, which really shone. Main was beef entrecôte, accompanied by herby mash and diverse root veg. It was quite a lot of meat, so I couldn't finish it. The root veg was tasty, as was the mash, which was benefiting from a lovely olive oil. Dessert was a chocolate mousse with oranges. It was too sweet for my taste, and I was happy I could switch it for my neighbors cassis and apricot sorbet. If you have the chance try the sorbet - it has a fantastic texture, almost creamy. All in all a very pleasant dinner, although you have to be able to afford the prices.
