Absolutely amazing dinner in Leblon tonight! Fantastic service and highly enjoyed sitting by the kitchen area. Every single dish was superb. Between two, we had one appetiser, a starter to share, 2 mains and the most amazing banana and molasses dessert & drink - roughy £50pp. Worth every penny!

I pretty much lived here. This is located poolside in the Copacabana Resort. Open from breakfast through dinner. Stayed in the hotel for 5 days and I ate at this restaurant a lot. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Everything I ordered was delicious. The passion fruit caipirinha was amazing. The chai crusted salmon I loved. You cannot go wrong with he food here. The service was the only concern I had that's why I did not give it a 5 star. The service is very slow at times.

An awesome menu with the choicest selection of dishes. Everything we ate was exquisite and appetizing. Loved the atmosphere and service. Special mention to our server who helped us choose our dishes and made some excellent recommendations. He was the only one speaking some English and he was definitely doing a great job selling his menu that diligently.Dear Khushboo, many thanks for sharing your dinning experience with us. We regularly eat out in Michelin star restaurants and this is right up there with the best.Lovely decor, excellent service, absolutely amazing food and great wine pairing. The prices here were really reasonable for such great food. We visited Olympe in Rio which is similar price but they didnât compare. Oro was fabulous.I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rio for a great taste experience.

I´ve been to this same restaurant for about 5 times and each time their service just got worse and worse. I noticed that they are using more technology (tablet to order) and less staff which is good for the company (less trouble dealing with human resources matters). However, it took about an hour to realize that my order did not go through. Everything was very slow...very slow. In fact, they were more concerned about their theme (mexican dress, tequila guy, etc), but as a customer i don´t really give a damn about that, all i want is a good food and nice atmosphere. Even when we asked for the check, it took ages for the waiter to get back to us. I am really disappointed with their declining service. May be the owner should invest less on decoration (don´t get me wrong, they look fantastic, but enough already) and invest more on training their staff to be more efficient, quick and professional.Hello Adrianus2476!We are sorry that your experience at our house has not been as expected. The digital menu has come to add our team, we will check what caused the service failure. So sorry for the inconvenience.Sincerely, Guacamole Team.

Matheus (and the nice hostess with glasses and dark hair during the evening... unsure of her name..?) gave us great service. They made solid recommendations and all of the dishes we had were delicious (ribs, tlv drinks - suuuupper good, and the Argentinian beef). We went back again and Matheus was just as great the second time around. Very good food and attentive service, I'd highly recommend it. First time going we were staying close by, and the second time we drove 30 mins from Ipanema to go again. Thank you to Matheus and the rest of the staff for giving us a nice night out.

Andre was very helpful and was a unique very very good English speaker. It was a pleasant reprieve to not have to worry about speaking Portuguese. We had messed up our order and he made sure that we had it corrected without difficulty, and had a great dinner.¡Arribaaaaaa! Estamos ansiosos pelas próximas visitas, Joeo. Nuestra casa es su casa! FamÃlia Guacamole.
