We stayed at Wespa Tsubakiyama for one night and ate our dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. The food and service were good at both meals. The included dinner was huge, and so fresh that I sent my moving abalone back to the kitchen rather than cooking it to death! (They kindly substituted a much preferred salmon and vegetable dish.) Unlike some ryokan/resorts, in addition to the meals for the those who are staying, they operate as a regular restaurant and offer a wide range of Western and Japanese items. The breakfast is buffet-style also with quite a range of bread, salads, Japanese items, and drinks. I unfortunately didn't pay much attention to the prices because our meals were included in our plan.
