The Best thing about this hotel is the Wednesday night wine down. More specifically the staff member named Omaira. She was so sweet and friendly and made my business trip feel a little more like home. She was warm and willing to answer my questions about the area. As a fellow plant lover, I admired the many plants adorning the lobby. To my happy surprise, I was chatting with the right person as Omaira was the one who actually cared for the plants. And what a job she’s doing…. If you notice such things, you would notice the plants are thriving and add such a wonderful touch to the lobby. Atypical of many hotels. The hotel itself is fine. Typical of what you should expect from a Hilton Gardens. Company wide, they’ve discontinued routine housekeeping. You are encouraged to get your own supply refresh. Again, Omaira made this place stand out. If you’re planning a visit - make it a point to look for her. It won’t be difficult - she was the best dressed lady in the house!

The kitchenette is exactly what I needed! The big refrigerator in hotel is now a must. Close to a area with many options of shopping and restaurants. Parking after hours can be challenging at time but it was not enough to sour the experience.

Broken elevator, filthy rooms, cleanliness noise too much couldn’t sleep. Not worth it and regret staying here. You’d think it would be more clean and updated after covid. But it goes to show hygiene doesn’t matter, also they state no smoking but I had to buy candles because it stunk so bad!

Unfortunately, our staying at Hampton Inn-White Marsh was one of the worse hotel experiences we had this year. We did try to find another Hilton property to stay in for our two-day visit to US Lacrosse National Tournament. First, air-conditioning did not work and there was no one to fix it, we had to sit on 78 degree room for about an hour before they could move us to a different room. Second, there was people smoking pot to the point to a point I had a major headache. Third, the room we switched to, the air conditioning would not stop running, we were freezing. Nothing worked properly at this hotel to include the room keys. I had to make four trips to the front desk to replace the keys.

My employer puts me up in this hotel several times a year. I've probably stayed here 15 times in the last two years. It's an aging hotel that is trying to keep going, but it's badly in need of renovation. One major complaint I have with hotels in general, and this one in particular, is their use of covid as an excuse to cutail housekeeping services. There's never any room cleaning during my visit. I have to ask at the desk for clean towels, more coffee, etc. This morning I saw a mouse under the desk, which scampered away behind the fridge when I scared it. Unbelievable! I've never seen a rodent in a hotel room before. I imagine with the lack of housekeeping there are plenty of crumbs to keep the mice in business. On a positive note, the front desk staff are usually very helpful at this hotel. The other day my car was covered in snow, and one of the employees let me borrow his snow brush to clean off my car.

I stayed at this hotel over the past weekend with my family. The hotel was nice and clean. Stacy on the overnight checked me in and was so pleasant and nice. Breakfast was passable. The heated pool was so much fun for my infant. Super happy they had microwaves in the rooms. Only advice is the morning FDA Brianna was on the phone/airpod while servicing guests. That is unprofessional and also a learning opportunity. Aside from that she was nice and pleasant too. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Helpful and pleasant! The room was clean and efficient if a little tired looking. It is a very convenient location with very easy on and off from Rt 95. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged, but good. The staff was excellent, constantly checking to be sure everything was full and her suggestion for breakfast (something in a package that really didn’t look appealing) turned out to be very tasty and the croissant was fresh! The bagels were also good. The need for a kitchen and bath refresh is the only reason I rated 4 and not 5. The staff certainly deserves a 5 rating!
