Nice sauna park with rude reception, not welcoming at all.
Reviewed By 891Stefano891We went there for a romantic two days. The sauna park itself with wooden cabins, lake, swimming pool is honestly great if not spectacular. But highly understaffed and overcrowded. The restaurant smells of fried constantly. The rooms are at a 10 min walking distance from the park, not inside it. So if you have breakfast included,you have to get up, get dressed, go to the sauna park, undress and then finally hit the restaurant. All this WAS NOT explained to us at all, but we were rudely invited to leave the reception when we arrived for breakfast without the towel bag. On check out you have to wait in the same line of the people registering for the sauna park. So you wait around 45 min. Then the very rude lady that "welcomed us " at arrival tried to overcharge us 75 euros. When I asked for the rechnung (Invoice) she took all my data but did not type them in. I had to walk back in and ask her again. Then she typed in the first 4 numbers of the VAT and not the address...This went on 4 times, when puffing handed me the invoice without even " hello or goodbye or a thank you for coming", or a more appropriate " sorry about that". If you ask if they have a list of the sauna treatments in English they answer " No, get going we have people waiting".... For 355 Euros you expect a bit more. In many other sauna resorts we visit often...they are nice and happy you are there. Not here.

Modern and clean hotel
Reviewed By hels85Receptionist was friendly although one of them had very poor English. Hotel 3min walk to the lake and free parking. Breakfast was very good, many different options and well presented. If warm you can eat on the terrace. You can rent bikes @9€ all day or 6€ after 3pm. Beds are comfortable and showers clean with good water pressure, generally very quiet. I would remove the green carpet, seems rather antigenic. I was very disappointed about the many photos on Booking of their restaurant and chef, just to find out the restaurant is closed now and they opened an independent restaurant 20min away, where we tried to go then and they had ran out of food due to many visitors over the weekend. We got a twin bed when we requested double and the hotel said they have little double rooms...

Nettes Hotel, sehr gutes Personal.
Reviewed By A LWir waren für vier Nächte dort. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption, erstklassiges Frühstück. Tolle Lage, sowohl zum See als auch zum Ortskern. Einen schönen Biergarten hat es auch noch.

Natur pur mit uriger Unterk
Reviewed By trullifox눀 – Alles tadellos, der Service, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft in Sachen Unterbringung Boot. Grill, Liegen, Feuerschale etc.vorhanden, die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, das wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Grundstück im Wald und die Lage direkt am See mit Zugang zum Wasser, alles wirklich schön und sehr empfehlenswert. Ruhe pur. So wollten wir es. Urig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Bad und WC getrennt. Ehrlich und schnörkellos. Wendisch Rietz von seiner schönsten Seite. Die Eigentümer sind zu beneiden, sie wohnen da, wo andere Urlaub machen. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage. Schlechter Service, dreckige Unterkunft und Mobiliar
Reviewed By mkroeselbergBei der Anreise war das haus nicht gereinigt. Sitz- und Gartenmöbel sind total veraltet und dreckig. Trotz Reklamation keine Vergütung für unsaubere Übergabe des Hauses erhalten. Alte Matratzen n den Zimmern, ungenügende Schlafqualität!

Reviewed By euroflightTrotz einer schriftlichen Buchungszusage und mehreren telefonischen Rücksprachen in denen der Buchungszeitraum eines bestimmten Hauses für 2020 bestätigt wurde, hat eine Mitarbeiterin der Firma " Urlaub am See / Marinapark Scharmützelsee " das zugesagte Haus ohne uns zu informieren an eine andere Person weitergegeben. Dadurch ist unsere Pfingstplanung für 2020 völlig zusammengebrochen, weil jetzt kaum noch Quartiere zu den Feiertagen zu bekommen sind. Auf unsere unsere große Verärgerung wurde uns am Telefon gesagt " ja, da haben Sie eben Pech ! " Also seinen Sie vorsichtig und vertrauen Sie bei dieser Firma auf keine Reservierung, sie wird nicht eingehalten.
