Fantastic Staff but 4 star?
Reviewed By ILWUKSpent a few days while on business. The hotel is linked to a Casino and a lot of the facilities (such as restaurants and bar) are shared with the casino. Restaurants are fine and food good but nothing special. The whole restaurant area seemed a bit weird and lacking atmosphere. My room was nice with lovely bathroom. However the bed was not very comfortable and pillows a bit lumpy. I had asked for a double room but got twin beds pushed together. Gym facilities basic but clean and easy to use. The highlight for me was the friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. If this had been a 3 star hotel I would have rated it 4 (not 5 due to the bed).

Reviewed By 500larsnVery nice hotel and friendly and serviceminded staff. The hotel is near a shopping area but quite location. Great breakfast for the price of the room. Parking at hotel area. Not easy to find the hotel becsuse the link at my booking was wrong but I telephoned to the hotel and was told that the hotel is near the cinema then si find it easy.

biggest plus is that it is in near the thermes
Reviewed By fran806small rooms. Food not bad. But for 10€ a day less you can go to a hotel 10min further where you get better food and a entree. Poor internet connection. Plus is that they group the people that are staying there for the thermes.

Fred was a great host, joining us for breakfast and giving us a local history lesson into the bargain. If you are looking for a 5 star luxury hotel with all the modern conveniences, then look somewhere else. But if you want an authentic French getaway with amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts, then this is your place.

Reviewed By rositac993Zeer slecht! Eigenaar en Booking.com plaatsen onjuiste info op hun site. Appartement is een ruimte met 2 kamers, een soort garage met een bed erin. De ingang staat op instorten en wordt gestut! Onveilig en vies. Er wonen zwervers en alcoholisten in hetzelfde hofje. Koelkast vies en vol ijs, deur sluit niet goed, doucheruimte zit vol schimmel.
