This B&B has for 4 spacefull rooms with own bathroom and terrace. Shared heated ((26 degrees) Swimming pool. Not too far away from the buzzing city of Malaga in the exquisite mountainous nature of Andalusia you will find a lovely villa in the picturesque town of Riogordo. Granada Comares Cordoba Caminiti del Rey El Tocal can be done by a day trip some words of a Guest The drive towards this idyllic spot is in itself simply wonderful. As you leave the city of Malaga and the sea, you drive inland up the mountains when at some point - having reached a mountain top - you will be stunned by the mesmerising mountain top view, olive trees and mountain peaks all around you as far as the eye can reach! Arriving at the B&B you'll be greeted by the hosts Peter and Marina, two delightful and interesting people who opted to leave their lives in the Netherlands in exchange for a life in Spain with the goal of setting up a B&B - a goal which was surely successfully reached! The stay itself is great, the house is, in the words of Marina, surprising. As you wander around it you will find yourself wondering time and time again as if you're in some kind of Spanish heaven. Around every corner you will find something new - whether it is a little cozy spot to sit in the shade and enjoy the view or a little terrace to enjoy the setting sun with a bottle of wine! The rooms (4) are extremely comfortable too, the beds are great, the walk-in shower is superb and there even is air conditioning, waking up in here feels heavenly. Marina and Peter do everything they can to make you feel at home and provide you with suggestions for dinner or places to explore! Having talked about the Bed part of B&B, I have not yet mentioned the Breakfast part, which definitely should not be left out, but as they say you should save the best for last! Breakfast is great as Peter is a great cook and even bakes his own bread. Having had a fulfilling breakfast I was set and energised to at last leave the B&B after having enjoyed the hospitality and the house's facilities! Oh yes, the the pool was great as well!
Wonderful scenery/location. Very peaceful. Peter and Marian lovely hosts. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We were there just one night, wished we could have stayed longer. Would love to return and make use of the pool and the relaxing atmosphere.

We have four rooms to rent, all with their own bathroom and small kitchen. The rooms are next to each other on one level of CASA PAZ Y MÁS. Every room has its own separate entrance and a small trace with an amazing view. In three of the rooms you will find a double bed and in the other room there are two single beds for your convenience. All the rooms have their own television with satellite reception and free wifi. All rooms have a ceiling fan and a small heater. All bathrooms have a shower. The kitchens have a table top cooker, a microwave with grill and a coffee machine. There is also cutlery and crockery for your use. We do not offer meals. Should you desire, we can prepare a breakfast tray , for an additional cost. Every room has its own outside space with private access where you can enjoy meals, read or simply enjoy the beautiful panoramas.
Stopped here for two nights whilst walking the GR7 - Casa Paz y Mas is just a few meters off route and we had such a warm welcome from Luka. Rooms are great with everything you need including a Nespresso coffee machine! The most amazing view from our own terrace and a pool overlooking the whole valley. As we didn’t have a car Luka even gave us a lift into town for dinner. What more could you ask for?

Our cosy B&B Casa la Quinta is super nice situated in the Campo, 3.5 km from the white village of Riogordo. We have 2 ensuite bedrooms with their own charm and atmosphere. Our B&B is centrally located. A lovely swimming pool with sun terrace and covered terrace. We also provide a few evenings a week a delicious dinner at a reasonable price. From our terrace we have a open view on the mountains

I was walking the long distance GR7 (E4) footpath from Tarifa to Murcia but the guide book I was using (Cicerone's GR7 guide) did not list any accommodation in Riogordo and the nearby option appeared closed. I was therefore very thankful to see signs (a rare thing in itself for accommodation in Andalucia) for the Molino de Las Tablas B&B. Despite being wet & dirty (it had been raining) I was welcomed into the beautiful B&B with a very welcome beer provided from the well stocked fridge (it had been a long walk!). My host even spoke English (my spanish is poor!) An early breakfast was provided so I could start early for the next town.

I collaborated with Melissa and Michael at Cortijo el Tunante in May 2022 to run a 3 day/3 night yoga retreat. Their professionalism and planning from start to end was meticulous. Their accommodation is just perfect for a friendly small retreat. The rooms and shared areas clean and spacious yet homely and relaxing. The retreat offers a swimming pool and various relaxation spaces for guests. Plus each casita has its own kitchen, fridge and, if appropriate for your retreat guests, an honesty bar which worked really well for us. The real stand out service for us was the food that was prepared and served to us each day. All fresh and homemade, we had three meals a day plus snacks. Thank you Melissa and Michael for looking after us and making my first retreat such a roaring success. I will be back!
