Reviewed By Elena RWithin a few hundred metres from the skiing slopes, this hotel offers a traditional Italian experience in terms of bed and full board. The rooms are clean and renovated from the 2nd floor up (comfort room). The first floor has all the classic rooms that are cheaper and have not been refurbished. Our room was an end room and rather small, but this wasn't of much consequence since we were out most of the day. Most other rooms have communicating doors, good if you are family travellers. Mattresses are comfortably firm, as are the pillows. They provide a small flat screen TV with a few international channels, but it's not much. There is no mini bar. The bathrooms are clean and they provide standard soap, shampoo and shower gel but I would bring your own as they are not particularly good. You'll be sitting down at breakfast and you'll receive the menu for the lunch and dinner, and decide among the options. Breakfast is plentiful but no hot savoury options available unless you specifically ask for eggs. We never stuck around for lunch but the dinners were very nice and the food was tasty! The staff are generally friendly and will accommodate any requests you have, if possible. The reception staff was particularly nice I found. The SPA is surprisingly chic compared to the rest of the hotel decor. I highly recommend a visit! Another bonus is the hotel's shuttle bus service to the slopes, which saves you money on paying for parking. It was really handy! All in all it's a good hotel, and if you are skiing on a budget, you can book in January and spend less money.

Reviewed By giselagioiaWe booked a room for 4 people from Sunday to Monday. We arrived and the receptionist did not provide any information at all on anything (breakfast hours, services offered by hotel, nothing). Just gave us our keys, gave an impatient explanation of where our room was and that was it. Then we had to find our way in the dark using our phones to get to our room.The room we got was not what we saw in the picture when booking. The pictures showed the room had a couple's bed and 2 single beds. Instead, it had a couple's bed and a bunkbed. At this point we were still ok since we thought maybe the receptionist was just new and the room was clean and had a nice view. However, I did not sleep at all because every time my husband in the upper bed moved, my bed (lower bunk) shook and woke me up. In the morning, we woke up to a winter wonderland. We went down to the hotel restaurant to get breakfast and we were given the only table that did not have a view. This was a bit disappointing but still so far not so bad. If it had not been for the way we were treated when checking out we could have disregarded all this and the overall out-of-date rooms/furniture and may have given this hotel 3 or even 4 stars with just some small things to improve. We tried to ask to check out 30 minutes past checkout time (11 am) and the staff member was extremely rude. He did not even let us finish, he just looked at his watch, raised his brows in exasperation and snapped checkout is at 11 . TMy issue is not the fact that we were not allowed to checkout later but the way we were treated. Adding all this made us feel like they were doing us a favor to let us stay in this hotel. They get 2 stars because at least room was clean and had a nice view but would not recommend this to anyone.

Reviewed By Margaret JAlthough Hotel Cenzo was at the other end of town from where our family were staying, it was only a 5 minute walk to the piazza, bars and restaurants, in the centre of town, so very handy. The managers, although non-English speaking were a delight and very obliging. Katya loaned us three umbrellas in 30+ degrees. They must have thought we were nuts in this heat, but we wanted to shield ourselves from the sunshine not the threat of rain, as the wedding we were attending was being held in a field in the open air. The hotel is a little tired and could do with updating, and the shower cubicle was miniscule and some in our party would have had to remain grubby for the week! But good value for money.

La mattina del primo ricevo una telefonata da una ragazza la quale mi dice che per errore non è stata segnata la mia camera, e che quindi non c'è possibilità di pernottamento. Non solo, mi xhied3 di cancellare la prenotazione e SENZA INDICARE NESSUNA SOLUZIONE DI RIMEDIO PER IL DIASSERVIZIO. TROVARE UNA STANZA IL 1 GENNAIO PER LA SERA STESSA PRATICAMENTE IMPPSSOBILE. POCO SERI, ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ, UNA VERGOGNA.
