Kapolei, named for the volcanic cone Pu'u o Kapolei (loosely meaning "hill of beloved Kapo"), is locally known as Oahu's "second city" after Honolulu. Built on former sugarcane and pineapple plantations, Kapolei is an affluent and vibrant city that is growing rapidly. It has an ever-changing urban scene as well as the Ko Olina resort and marina community and the Disney Aulani Resort. Sportsmen can play a round of golf at the Ko Olina Golf Club before a sophisticated evening on the town.

Located on O‘ahu’s sun-drenched, western Leeward Coast, on an expansive white-sand beach, Four Seasons is redefining luxury on O‘ahu.
We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The service we received was fantastic, there was not a member of staff who didn't smile or say Aloha and it really made us feel so welcome. Whether it was receptionists, room service, pool waiters or valet parking drivers, everyone seemed to go the extra mile. It made us feel at so at ease and really added to our stay. Our room was huge, overlooking the pool area and out to sea, what a view to wake up to every morning. The adult infinity pool is great for those wanting to have a few cocktails while lounging in the pool. The location of the hotel is great, away from Waikiki beach which seems very busy and overcrowded. There are also a few restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance if you want to venture out on foot. We really could not fault our stay and we just hope we can come back one day to experience it all again.

The Aulani staff is grand. Our room wasn’t ready upon check however the staff at Aulani made gave us some great tips to spend time while we waited. First, we got lunch at Ule Cafe where we were able to take advantage of purchasing Resort-refillable mugs for the entire trip. We received a text right at 4pm but were able to get our pool access wristband for that night and the next day at the towel desk. Take advantage and get a head start to your next day. Stayed in a 1-bedroom oceanfront suite overlooking the great lawn. We could watch movie nights from the balcony. And of course the Luau too. Nice views day and night. Room was clean and I do a full inspection. We asked for extra blankets and towels our first night. There is only a set of four and no blankets on the bed. The lazy river is lively in the summer. Kids loved the slides and went over and over. Prepare for lines. We experienced many pools but maybe not all of them. Infinity pool has dolphin sounds if you go underwater. The larger pool is cool and allows for some social distancing. A sweet surprise was a large hot tub hidden above the lazy river that can be reached by bridge only. Spent the entire morning with lots of alone time and very few guests passing through. Dinner at Makahiki was delicious. It’s a slow process but we enjoyed our wait staff and meals. The desserts were all wonderful! Our favorite meal however was at The ‘Ōlelo Room. Heavy appetizers and strong drinks. Everything was prepared perfectly. Great for kids and adults. Plus at both, there is a live music experience. The Luau is a must-do! We truly enjoyed ourselves. The kids bento box is a hit! The tours are a separate company not operated by Disney. If you book Pearl Harbor, it does not guarantee tickets. Many in our group took advantage of the other attractions and those who waited spent over 2 hours in line. If you have kids, the dolphin encounter was perfect! We enjoyed it so much and got to grab lunch at Pink’s. However, be prepared to be taxed if you don’t have a car rental. Uber is about $80 each way. Taxi can be up to $150 each way. The kids had a nice time at Aunty’s Beach House where they played games and did arts and crafts. Some days were better than others based on the staff. The Menehune Adventure Trail is a must do when you have any down time between 8a-8p. There are wonders to be explored throughout the resort. And a neat craft to do in the room when you complete the Trail. Overall, it was an amazing week! Don’t sweat the small stuff. Don’t lose anything or you may never find it. Enjoy. Relax.

We normally go to Waikiki for staycations but after staying here for the long weekend, have decided to return here instead. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and made us feel valued as guests. Clean, quiet and family friendly. Complimentary breakfast and evening reception were both great! Hidden gem. We will definitely be back!

May 2022 was our 2nd stay at this property and we could not be more pleased with the entire stay. Our 2 room suite was immaculately clean and has been well maintained over the years. This resort is very close to many of the places we shop when there which serves us well when we decide to take our evening meal in the comfort of the room. We spent more time at the resort this year and discovered that the on-site restaurants are really very good... Longhi's for upscale Italian fare, and Longboard's for the typical pool drinks and food. We are already prepared for our next visit there in 2023.

What a memorable time we had back on the island after a rough couple of years. The staff was incredible and we are counting the days til we go back. Though busy, we felt completely safe during our stay in March. It’s perfect for kids 3+. This was our second time there and we certainly felt the aloha!!

From the moment I walked in I felt the Aloha! Tiana welcomed me with a big smile and was ready to help with what I needed. She was very kind and provided exemplary customer service and was very genuine. The property is beautiful and there was miniature zen garden right in the lobby. We came on a Wednesday and there was a movie playing by the poolside and some local food trucks in the area! Great service and great stay! I hope to come back again as a future guest.
