The staff is truly what made it such an amazing experience though! And although it was too cold to swim the pool looked amazing! I can’t wait to return later in the summer. Thank you!

The BEST WESTERN PLUS Bathurst Hotel & Suites is central to all Bathurst has to offer, which includes: two golf courses, a hospital, the airport, the beach, shopping, Quebec major junior hockey team games, banks and restaurants. There is also a convention center and restaurant and a theater. Because of its downtown location, all attractions within Bathurst are less than five minutes away.

Pleasant stay
Reviewed By Linda CFrom reception on arrival and until leaving we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant staff are AMAZING. It was a pleasure to have breakfast there in the mornings. Their sunny disposition started our day off on the right footing. We had seven for supper in the restaurant and our hostess was entertaining, fun and so efficient. However, the only "issue" was with the manager Christine. Unbelievable that she refused to permit a complimentary piece of cake for our Mom. We travelled from Ontario to NB for Mothers Day (a few days early) and had asked if Moms dessert could be complimentary. Christine advised there is a Mothers day buffet and when we explained that we have 7 people booked for supper at their restaurant to celebrate Mothers day as we had to leave NB in the morning. Christine refused the complimentary piece of cake. Atlantic Host only give complimentary cake if its a birthday. Given the circumstances I believe hotel management should be a bit more enlightened to the adverse affect this could have in the future. A very short sighted attitude. I can assure Christine, we will spend our over $300 supper bill somewhere else that appreciates the business for a $2 "free" piece of cake! \ Other than the "cake" incident the staff surely made our trip enjoyable.

The Comfort Inn(R) - Bathurst hotel is located on St. Peter Avenue right near the beautiful coastline of eastern New Brunswick. Our hotel is completely smoke-free and pet-friendly hotel and is conveniently located near a number of other local attractions including: War Museum, Bathurst Farmers Market, KC Irving Regional Centre, Youghall Beach Park, Gowan Brae Golf Course, Bathurst Marina, Place Bathurst Mall.
Dirty towel and facecloth in the room when we went in.

Reviewed By Tour09583355290Arriving to Quality Inn, we were immediately greeted by the friendliest staff and our room was even ready to be checked into despite how early we were! Room was EXCELLENT! clean and the beds were so comfy i almost wanted to ask where they bought the mattresses! Will be staying here again when we come back in the fall! Highly recommend.

Sad and frumpy
Reviewed By Misty TWe stayed here over the weekend. Thankfully only for one night, I personally don't think I could have stayed any longer. I'm only rating this a 2 * and that's Soley on the fact that this place has huge potential, however is definitely not living up to it. First off, when it's this time year and your rolling your luggage to your room, down what I guess what is to be considered to be a 'path' to the cottage, is less than desirable...wet and dirty which you then bring into your cottage and track ALL over the room BC there are no floor mats at either door in the cottage. Paths and walk ways should be noticeable, safe and clean. Then when we opened the door, the entire hall smelt like sewage ?. The cottages have sooo much potential. Huge rooms, nice bath, little kitchenette. Furniture old and outdated, actually wouldn't surprise me if someone were to get a splinter from the armrest of a chairs in the sitting area...? The leather sofa....swallows you....not comfortable for sitting on what so ever, your pretty much on the floor and it being a sofa bed, I could only imagine what that would have felt like to sleep on. Two double beds in the room, none of which were soft and comfortable. Never slept very well at all. The dining table only had 3 matches chairs, fourth chair was just a random chair. The pool area....whoa....old....out dated not well taken care of. Hot tub was closed and emptied. I've been here in the past to just use the pool and spa services and in the last 8 years or so, this so called spa has seen better days. Front desk service....lacking. being in customer service and wanting the spa vibes....you won't find that here, unfortunately. Lady at desk, is cold and not very approachable. The gentalman who also works the front desk and could very well be the owner was very rude with another guest who's parents asked if they could just go into the the pool room and watch their grand children swim, and were told NO. We don't allow that here....? Then only to see these older grandparents standing OUTSIDE the pool room window watching their grand children swim BC they were not allowed inside to enjoy the company of there family. Breakfast....very basic...coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, cereal kinda deal. If your one for a big hearty breakfast. Not going to suit your needs. I will say that the coffee was very good! The lids for the coffee cups did not fit (only one size cup and lid) we watched four different rooms try and put the lids on these cups and none of us was successful ??♀️ If your going to book here thinking your going to get the spa vibes, and great quality service, sadly you will not. Like I said, this place can be beautiful, and has a lot going for it, bit is very much lacking on the details

A gem and a must stay
Reviewed By Dream24246235637Designer facilities and a pleasant find after a not so pleasant stay in Gaspe. The bathroom was exquisite and I took.pics do I could maybe duplicate it in our condo. The host was charming. The was no breakfast because of covid but there was coffee, orange juice and homemade cookies!
