Short description: This is going to be a 9 hours unforgettable experience of the mountains, canyons and rivers of the Natural Parc of Verdon and then beautiful fields of lavender in eastern Provance (best to see in July/August). As this is a private tour, we’ll be happy to adopt it to your individual expectations.    Tour’s itinerary: Having met with your guide and settled in the car, you will travel to the Triassic period (250-200 million years BC), when this part of France was on the water and formed by limestone and coral deposits, traces of which can still be seen today.

The Gorge du Verdon is one of France's finest natural sites. Our circuit starts Moustiers Sainte Marie, anti-clockwise - some 90km, stopping frequently to enjoy the spectacular view. Just before the Tunnels du Fayet & Balcons de la Mescla, cross over the high bridge to return the north side of the canyon back to Moustiers.
