Landgasthof Suranger ist der Beweis, dass erfolgreiche Lokale brauchen "nur" leckeres Essen und eine gute Weinkarte. GroÃe Portionen der bayerischen Küche, die vielen lokalen Produkte, die guten Weine und die ländliche Idylle machen den Besuch die schöne Ãberraschung dieses Sommers.

It starts with a very friendly welcome and the handwritten board with the appetisers. All appetisers we had were outstanding. I loved the scallops (see photo). For the main dish you get again the board to make your choice. The service is great and you even get your glass filled when its empty.

We have been here 4-5 times over the past 15 years. Going into the restaurant can take you back centuries in time. The owners have performed a great job in providing an unique experience. The open fireplace helps create a gemutlich feeling. Words alone cannot give a good picture of the Wirth. We walked in on a cold rainy Saturday evening and were guided to our table. Menus given out and our drink orders were taken. Our group of five had different wishes so our table had quite an assortment of plates. Everybody seemed pleased with their selections. We left happy.

Great for a quick stopover on the way to Munich. Just next to the main road 304.Interesting, modern, creative interior. Great menu with a great variety of dishes: Sweet, savory, traditional, healthy, meaty, fishy, vegetarian... Cosy and comfy restaurant with quick and friendly staff.We'll be back!

Nette, typisch bayerische Dorfwirtschaft. Freundliche Bedienung. Schweinebraten mit Semmelknödel ist hervorragend gewesen. Das Schnitzel Wiener Art leider nur durchschnittlich aber mit lecker Pommes.

An einem ungemütlichen Januar Nachmittag musste ich mir die Zeit vertreiben und geriet zufällig in dieses Back & Kochhaus. Der Käsekuchen lachte mich an und war - wie auch das Haferl heisse Schokolade sehr lecker. Es war nicht gerade leer und ich schien Glück gehabt zu haben, dass ich ein Plätzchen ergattern konnte. Fazit: Unverhofft und sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

situated at a nice place not too far of the road this pleasant restaurant offers quite a variety of meals for lunch or dinner. Arriving at 1pm we only had the surprising situation that this day there was at the menue, but not the special ones for which this place is known. Sorry to say, we had to select of the otherwise offered meals. Not too bad an experience, even if we felt a little frustrated when we left.Dear Mr.SonnyA-Hthank you a lot for visiting us . We are very unhappy to hear that you was not satisfied from our menu. For us it is a miracle that you could not have fish. There must be a mistake. Every day in the morning my husband is going to our own fishfarm and bringing fresh trouts to our restaurant. Also at the 19th July and in addition our fisherman from the close Chiemsee delivered Renken, Hechte und Brachsen. And our team in the kitchen is cooking the hole day- from 11.30 am unitl 10pm. You are sure you was in the Fischerstüberl in Wasserburg am Inn? Sometimes there is a confusion about our same Restaurant name in different places (there is also one at the Bodensee).
