Nice restaurant with a variety of fish and meat dishes. Reasonable prices too for both menus and wines. Owner and waiter treated us very well. Good food, great value for money, great service. Can't ask for more really....

This is serious fine dining French style. The menu is geared around meat and fish. There is a separate healthy options menu which is also exceptional. Everything on the menu is delicious and without any compromise in terms of quality. Lovely wines too Dear David MThank you very much for your kind comment, Be assured that it will be shared with all our teams,See you very soon at Fouquet's La Baule,Sincerely,Julien Gomez

I went on a business dinner to Le Billot, following the excellent ratings on Tripadvisor. I probably expected too much as I was a bit disappointed. The good points:The food was very good and the plates well arranged. The decoration is nice and provides a cosy atmosphereThere is room for improvement regarding:The friendliness of the staff. They were very professional, no problem; but a bit short on warmth, that made us feel as if we did not belong there, unlike the other apparently regular guests. The portions could be a bit bigger. I am usually hungry when I go to a restaurant. The location is quite small, which as such is ok, but the tables are really close to eachother. If you are looking for intimacy, I recommend to specify it when making a reservation so that they can maybe arrange something. All in all a good dinner but don´t expect too much either.

A great place for lunch! Friendly staff and the best ever pizzas. Try the seafood one! Service quick and efficient though you need to catch the waiters eye if you want another beer or glass of wine! Wine by the glass excellent, clean, buzzy atmosphere and popular with locals, always a good sign. Located on he quay side and lovely views. Established back in the thirties and still going strong! Check out the old black and white photo near the kitchen. The little lad in it became the proprietor in the eighties! The staff were proud of the restaurants history.Apparently the old gentleman still lives in Le Croisic and visits occasionally for lunch! Will be back! Ps not the best cafe gourmande but they make excellent coffee!

The fantastic location was the driving force behind eating here, my daughter insisted we have one beachfront meal! I was pleasantly surprised at the good staff and quality food as the whole set up looked a bit formulaic. I had the biggest burger I ever seen in my life!!

Crepes - not to forget galettes, rarely served outside France are rather simple food. Thin pancakes. Traditionally served with a few different classic topings, basically everywhere the same.So just to compare quality of dough and quality of ingriedients for topings and may be price.Untill you have found this Creperie, where Michel Arnaud presents many new crepes and galettes. All his well elaborated créations. Everything on the basis of very good ingredients and a very good hand made galette and crepe. Try the nature, without anything or just a little butter to see.Be warned, when you start working your way through the menu, you might want to come back again to try more. Also, because he has been courageous to make one galette or crepe a whole meal. That easily justifies some of the prices. Of usual galettes and crepes you will have to eat two or three to not remain hungry. A very nice setting on the harbor of le croisic, a nice atmosphere for families and couples as well, fast acurate and friendly service does the rest. Hope you will like this crèperie gourmande too.

Of the many Creperies in Le Croisic, there was no particular reason to choose this one besides the smiling staff. We were quickly seated, presented with menus and our orders taken almost immediately it was obvious we were ready. The turnaround was surprisingly rapid, and though I'm not sure I will ever be a big fan of the buckwheat gallette, the fillings were well cooked and tasty. A cup of cider was a new cultural adventure for me, but I know its quite usual here.Friendly service, well cooked food provided quickly - recommended.

Cuisine soignée et maison, poissons frais des criées environnantes, Vins sans pesticides de vignerons indépendants, service singulier , La P'tite Franquette vous accueille toute l'année avec joie ! Les réservations sont recommandées.
Staying in La Pouliguen I walked past this restaurant every morning enroute to the boulangerie to buy the morning croissants and kept stopping to look at the blackboard outside for the menu of the day !! Checked Tripadvisor and Voila !!It is a fabulous bistro run by the ever present hardworking proprietor who looked after us with style. We managed to translate the menu between his excellent english and my stumbling french. A great menu with fresh vegetables and locally sourced produce plus organic wines of which he is rightly proud. We went for the 23 euro three course menu and could hardly believe the wonderful meal we ate at this price and don't get me started on the chocolate fondant dessert. Highly recommended.
