This place must be one of Ontario's best kept secrets. We went when we were in the Meaford area. We each had a flight of wine and cider and a Vintners plate. The food and wine was delicious, the servers helpful and the views from the patio stunning. We bought cider and wine to take home. Better than many Niagara wineries we have been to.

Grandma Lambe's

We are a family run business thats located in Meaford for over 50 years. Started by my Grandmother Grace Lambe. The store was named in honour of my great grandmother Mabel Lambe. Our main store located in Meaford Ontario is Open all year long from 8am to 6 pm daily! Our orchards (G.H. Lambe and Son) are run by Dave and Blake Lambe, a father and son team. Also known as Grandma's Son and Grandson. Our Apples are award winning. Many place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at the Canadian Royal Winter Fair , in Toronto. We make our pies from scratch in our 3 kitchens at our Meaford store. All recipes have been passed down through the generations. Using local fruits, berries and of course apples. Stopped in to pick up some fresh apples over Thanksgiving and saw the mouth-watering pies. Bought an apple and a strawberry rhubarb pie and WOW. They were mouth watering!! The apples were yummy too. Will definitely drop by again. And thanks to the lovely salesman who helped me get my pies to my car safely!

Dedicated to the author who wrote the book and also lived in Meaford, this is a delightful little park. Honouring those service dogs who help us through life there are a number of memorials. We were also touched by the walls of remembrance to beloved pets. Such a nice little discovery.
