Recommend visiting this small corner of heaven on earth, this little town is exactly what you'd except from Tuscany: Unreal food, historic walls, breathtaking churches, friendly people.

The artwork in this historic church is incredible. Here's a big tip / warning, don't try to get close to the art to take a picture. There are sensors that set off alarm sirens. First built in 1105, updated 1446, the arch on the front door says 1725. There's a 13th century crucifix in here that is attributed with a miraculous occurrence: A dumb and blind nun kissed this crucifix and she was instantly healed. There is also a polychrome wood statue of the virgin and child made in 1316, carved from a single trunk of a walnut tree. It's a magical place, better than any museum in this town.
