My son loves Burger Kind, but I hate going in here because the manager's always out on the phone, or talking to people in the parking lot in their cars, and just unfriendly. And they do dumb stuff like tell you they don't have anymore large cups so here's two small cups. What? It's fast food, it should be consistent. I think I saw a new manager there the other night when we took our son through the drive through. That other manager should never have had that job.
Had a great sub while in Thomasville for business. Everything was fresh and sandwich artist made it just right. I really enjoyed the Sub. Unfortunately, this franchise is located in the most trashy, poorly run Wal-Mart that I have ever been to. Only 2 cashiers on duty and each line had at least 20 people in line. Store had a dirty feel to it, product on the floor in the isles, just general clutter. Store was very crowded and lack of cashiers just made people aggravated. If I go back Ill get my sandwich to go.
The food here was really lacking, I've had better from Walmart. The service was awful, the lady at the drive through was rude and the food tasted gross, I felt like there was spit in it.

The location is convenient, but that is about all this place has going for it. The service was lack luster, at best. I had the feeling I needed to apologize for interrupting the staff. I've eaten at other Zaxbys where the chicken was fresh & tasty, but I'm thinking my order must have been prepared long before I arrived on the scene. The French fries were half cold and tough. The best thing on my plate was the pre-packaged cole slaw! Needless to say, most of it went into the trash can. Major disappointment!

I went looking for Zacadoo's because someone told me how good the wings were, but was disappointed it was a drive-thru only.Noticed Trip Advisor did not have this location listed, so I took a few pics and entered it into our favorite review website. To find out the store's hours of operation and such, I called inside and spoke to a polite gentleman named Matt who gave me the information I needed.Expressed to him that I wish it was a sit-down restaurant.Hope the owners see that interest.I left looking for a sit-down, but wish the owners would see the request to be able to sit at a table and enjoy that very intriguing menu!Even though I did not eat at the restaurant this time, I had to rate it so we could have it entered into Trip Advisor Listings.I Can Say with fact that others sent me here because of their satisfaction, so I rated it high.
I assume this place is shut down. I finally made it by there to give it a try, and the windows are covered with paper. There is no more sign. Did I go to the wrong place?
Chick-fil-a consistently provides good food and service. We were in town for a wedding needing some quick food to get us through until wedding time. The restaurant was across the street from the hotel and within minutes we had the tasty goodness that Chick-fil-a is known for no matter which location you stop at. Stop in and enjoy.

Wanted some wings to eat while we watched football. Got the lemon pepper & the teriyaki & we were not disappointed at all! My mom got a fried chicken breast which was really good also. They are really coming back up & doing some work to the place as well.
