If you Travel along the highway between Turin and Milan and you would like to taste a bit of tradition with class taste and a reasonable price Albergo Ristorante Paladini offers you a delicious sort of meals from the well known gourmante cuisine piemontese and more! From "Panissa" rice salami meat and beans to "bolliti misti" with green sauce and "fritto misto piemontese" .... a very rich "menu a la carte".... take your time, stop to Carisio higway exit... and try it! 5stars!!

We had a pasta with duck ragu which was quite good and a grilled lake fish which was excellent. Unfortunately the evening was spoiled a little by the managers young boys running around crying and screaming. All in all with great views this is worth a try .. hopefully for you without the children noise.

This is the best restaurant in the area serving real Piedmontese food. The hostess and waitress are the best: friendly, warm and very professional. The food is delicious, there is a wide choice of variety in antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci for fish, meat and vegetarian/vegan lovers. The ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. Weâve had the best experience ever here and we keep coming back each year!

This place is more than a restaurant as it offers beach acces and one of the better places to relax at the lake. We had lunch here and the salads, panini's & French fries were of good quality. Friendly service, clean and great outside sitting with lake view. Kids can play at the lake or take a swim ; all at 20m of your outside table. No pizza's at lunch time but enough pasta, salads, fish and meat to compensate.

We've celebrated our wedding here on August 16th. The location is absolutely fabulous, very romantic and has great views overlooking the valley and lake Viverone. We instantly fell in love when we saw it. We got married underneath the pine trees, had starters behind the house in the woods and the wedding cake was cut at the pool side. Because of the cold, they advised us to have dinner served inside and this turned out to be a great alternative. This was Variselle's first foreign wedding, with guests coming from all over the world. Not only Italy, but also Sweden, Germany, USA, Singapore, Indonesia, the Netherlands, just to name a few. The owners, Clizia and Enrico are both very professional and passionate about their location, food and wines. Also, their son Matteo speaks English very well, which made communication a lot easier. Since we didn't want a traditional Italian wedding, a lot of adjustments were made and we found that they were very flexible in giving us what we wanted. Their rooms were just new when we came and our wedding guests, including our parents, stayed there. The rooms are clean and fresh and have a lovely view of the pine trees. On the wedding day itself, everything was arranged according to plan. All people with allergies and vegetarians got different menus. Every little detail was right. The atmosphere, food, drinks and personnel of Variselle was very attentive and professional. They exceeded our expectations and we're very thankful for that! They really contributed in making our wedding day unforgettable. I would recommend this place for any couple who would like to get married.

Went there for lunch and were warmly welcomed by our enthusiastic waitress, who talked through the menu as no written one was provided. I opted for an asparagus risotto but, unfortunately, the dominant flavour was salt. My wife did better. The portions are large, especially the antipasta. Our conclusion is that the restaurant is pretentious and overpriced.

Located on the veranda of the UNA Golf Hotel Cavaglià , Rossocuoco Steak House has a splendid view of the golf course. Ideal location for those who love grilled meat.
Visited with 3 work colleagues while staying the the Una Golf Hotel.Attentive service from an Italian waitress who spoke great English. My starter of tuna with prawns was superb, much larger than I was expecting. We all ordered different cuts of steak and we all commented how tasty and well cooked they were. I didn't have much room left for dessert but the ones I saw looked good.It is fortunate that the hotel has a restaurant this good on site as there is not much else in the vicinity.Thank very much to share with us your good experience at Rossocuoco steak house. We work everyday for the client satisfaction.Looking forward to see you again in our restaurant. Kind regardsDirector
