We were in the area to pick apples and needed to find a place to eat lunch. We happened upon the Columbia Diner on Route 9H just south of the roundabout. What caught my eye was the marque stating Mexican food. I'm always up for some good Mexican food especially if it is authentic. This fit the bill! The interior is what you would expect of a diner. There was a lunch counter, booths and tables. Nothing fancy but the facility was clean and well lit. The menu itself was typical of most diners. There was just about everything you could imagine. They had a sign board showing the daily specials and then there was the Mexican section of the menu.I got the Beef Chimichanga and my wife got the Chicken Quesadillas. Both entrees were accompanied by fresh (so hot we couldn't touch them) tortilla chips and a pico de gallo that was nothing short of fabulous. Both entrees were served on a plate with sides of refried beans and Spanish rice. The flavors were delicious and the food was well prepared. It arrived to us hot and in a timely fashion.I am so glad we stopped at this restaurant and will return when we are back in the Valatie area.

We were seated right away with a choice of tables or booths. This establishment is very clean and orderly. Waitresses are very attentive. I ordered the Plaza Burger Deluxe which includes lettuce, tomato, cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms and bacon and served with french fries and onion rings. My wife had the BLT wrap with fries and pickle. See pictures, my burger was excellent and my wife enjoyed her wrap. With drinks and refills, the tab was slightly over $25.00. A week later, we returned for breakfast. I ordered a cheddar cheese and mushroom omelet with a side order of sausage. My wife had the blueberry pancakes with a side order of bacon. With 4 coffees, my tab was again slightly less than $25.00. And the breakfast was delicious. Will make this place part of my regular routine when in Hudson, NY.

We used to frequent Koch's on our roadtrips and was disappointed when they closed. To our surprise, we found out the restaurant was purchased & revamped (let leaving a few details of the old place - the chairs & china cabined). This trip we stopped on Friday for dinner - shrimp po' boy, chili, grilled cheese & cole slaw. Delish ! On our way back Sunday, it was on the border of breakfast/lunch. My husband had Gracie's burger & fries and I had the corned beef hash with 2 scrambled on top. It was once again delicious. Everything is homemade and brought out nice and hot.I highly recommend Gracie's. It is also easy off/easy on from the Thruway.Oh, I forgot to mention that we took the plunge and had dessert - tried the Boston Crème donut as well as the coconut (which had a caramel that the coconut adhered to). Again - no disappointment here !

No arguement, this is hands down the best restaurant in the area. From tbe prices, to the portions to the service, no place else comes close.

Just a small Diner, just off Fairview Ave. Next to a old Pizza Hut. It has been there for quite sometime. Good friendly service, and equally good food, at a very reasonable price. This is not our first time here. If we are pinched for time, running errands, we always know this is a great stop. They have a lot of regular patrons for a reason!

We were customers of Marco's when they were in Coxsackie. Ravena is such a better location. Restaurant is clean and spacious. So much better. Food is just as good as it was, plenty to eat, wide variety of choices. Would definitely go back.We went for breakfast, eggs benedict and sausage omelet, both good. Waitress was good. Not crazy busy, a good place for a peaceful meal.

So glad to have found this place in this small town where we spent the weekend for a wedding. With a group of five, last thing we wanted to do was cook breakfast and then cleanup. That the restaurant is always busy speaks volumes but seating was always available fairly quickly. Plenty to choose from on the menu and the service was always impeccable. You can watch the wait staff work well together covering for each other when necessary to insure fast seamless service. Food is good and prices very fair.
