Went there for saturday evening dinner. No need for dressing up as t shirt seems to be normal. Starters were fantastic, tiger prawn and meat tartar. Main course 250 gr marinad entrecote, good 8/10 points. Lamb was tough and dry, was not good ,3/10 points. Sorry to say starters ok but maincourse must be better.

I stopped at this restaurant while strolling in Roterman City near the port. The place is very cozy and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the fried prawns and the Juniper creme brûlée. Both tasty and showing creative presentation. Overall very pleased.

We walked past and saw a wonderful terrace and thought how nice to dine there on a summer evening with good food and live music. The weather forecast was wrong and we ended up in the dining room with a log fire (in June). However we were warmly welcomed and the food was wonderful although expensive but not surprising really. We had slightly smoked Estonian wild trout / green pea and mint puree / dill mayo / Estonian apple cider and tar- ragon sauce. Followed by chocolate tartelette -warm chocolate / seasonal berries / salted caramel- brandy ice cream and apple and caramel. Absolutely delicious. They were busy so booking advised.Dear Guest,Thank You very much for Your visit and for Your feedback! We are glad to hear, that You enjoyed our menu, service and atmosphere. Hope to see You again at Stenhus restaurant!

Nice staff, nice atmosphere but food was okay. We had the two-fish soup which was nothing special. My friend had the halibut with mango sauce and cauliflower puree. The puree was more like majonaise and butter with just a touch of cauliflower which was like eating butter. Overall the good wasn't as good as we hoped for. Very good service though. 4 stars for service and 3 stars for food. Believe it or not, but itâs good to be in âPórguâ. An unbelievably large selection of draught beers and their bottled cousins, unearthly delicious aÌ la carte dishes and an almost holy atmosphere. All this makes âPórguâ seem like a paradise on earth, wher
Situated in the basement, a lovely place to try different high strength beers. The food was good and the portion sizes big. we had garlic bread as starters and it was huge enough for two people. I had chicken which was really tasty. My wife had the salmon, which was well made and quite filling. Would recommend it for everyone but not with children.the stairs leading down are quite steep.

We opted for the 11 course menu and it is an interesting experience! Some courses were great (e.g. elk) whilst others weren't (like the fish courses). There's also a 'bread ' course which is fine but fills you up and the quality is poor. For us there was way too much smokey flavour and, coupled with pickles or dill oil on almost all courses, made everything taste too similar. By the middle we were bored with the food. Sadly, it wasnt good enough for the 100 euro per head price. The service however was excellent.

What an enjoyable restaurant. Our only problem was that we felt we should make a reservation at around 5pm for that evening. We checked the internet and found that the only openings were for 8:30 or later. My wife phoned and was told they were all full. I called and was also told that they were full but I said that the internet showed that I can book for two at 8:30 but I was hoping for a bit earlier. They said to book for tomorrow but I said that we would be gone and we were hoping to come tonight. She said that as it was just two, she could fit us in at 7pm, which was perfect. Our shock was getting there at 7:00 and finding the restaurant only at most 20% full. Through the evening the most occupied it got was half full.We were given a wonderful table, that could seat four, and took the two seats on one side facing the kitchen, which is a glassed in âdisplay kitchenâ in the middle of the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have their own beer which is brewed just for them and was exceptionally good. The dinner was exceptionally well and included some dishes for those of us who are interested in trying dishes that are not on all menus lie rabbit and duck. We enjoyed the lamb and the duck as main courses and finished with the Estonian Bread Soup dessert.Looking forward to trying it again on our next visit.
