The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

Touring over 20 countries a year and with a permanent London West End residency too, this critically acclaimed show has been winning five-star reviews and standing ovations since 1997. It's 'a two-hour eat, drink and laugh sensation!' (Daily Telegraph). The fun starts as the audience wait to be seated and then hurtles along as they become diners in that infamous hotel. Meanwhile, Basil, Sybil and Manuel aspire to be their warring waiters, serving a 3-course meal with a good dollop of mayhem. This is fully immersive, highly improvised, site-specific comedy theatre at its best - and because only a third of show is scripted, performances are always fresh. Expect all the best gags and 'a rip-roaringly hilarious night out' (This Is London). Just don't mention the war! - 'Outstanding! (Fringe Review) - 'Uniquely enjoyable... A worthy alternative to some of the West End's other shows... It will have you raving' (Britain Magazine) - 'Deliciously entertaining from start to finish, this is not to be missed.' (What's on London) - 'Fantastic!' (What's on Stage)
What a fabulous evening! My other half and I (both in our thirties) weren't exactly sure what to expect (the experience was a Christmas Pressie from my in-laws) but we had a really wonderful evening. As brief as poss, here is our evening: Our performance was at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel, not to be confused with the Radisson Blu Edwardian Kenilworth Hotel which is next door. When we arrived the Hotel Staff directed us to the bar as we were a bit early. Drinks are a bit expensive but the service great. TIP: pre-order your drinks as suggested in the email, or make sure you take in plenty. The Theatre Bar has a limited range so I had to go to the main bar which was then rather busy. There was a queue (approx 30 mins) once doors open so we waited in the bar and just kept an eye on it. The young women checking us in was lovely and as soon as you enter the dining room, the performance is underway. I'm not going to share much of our experience, other than the photo attached, as I wouldn't want to spoil anything but do expect full on Fawlty Towers banter, interaction and shenanigans all the way through. TIP: If your not a fan of the show, you may not enjoy the evening. Having read some reviews, I do wonder why folks who aren't real fans go because it is a wonderful homage to the original series. If you are easily offended, stay away. The food served during the evening was perfectly acceptable as it's not really what you're paying for but certainly adds to the evening - practise your catching! Cast - Incredible, incredible and even more incredible, even when Manuel is 'getting his leg over'....! Would certainly be back and definitely recommend it for Fawlty Towers Fans!

The Dominion Theatre is one of the largest and most perfectly designed theatrical venues in London. It is home to a wide auditorium where every seat has a perfect view, a wealth of hospitality suites, impressive public foyers and large bar areas. Located directly above Tottenham Court Road tube station it is easy to find and easy to get to by public transport. The Dominion is also home to Dominion Events, the Dominion Theatre's in house Events department. They hire out and organise events, meetings and corporate events and hospitality in the theatre's 9 event spaces which include the Main Auditorium, The Studio and The Boardroom. In September 2014 the Dominion Theatre completed a 4 month long, multi million pound refurbishment project to restore the theatre to her original 1929 grandeur.
We watched the stage play of this famous Christmas movie and really enjoyed it. My parents had seen it the week before and they had a great time watching it as well. The theatre is a grand old theatre which makes watching anything there special. The musical was wonderful, the singing and dancing was first class, you could easily follow the story and is just the thing you want to watch just before you start your Christmas break. I would recommend this musical and if if cones back next year you should go and see it.

Experience the extraordinary new musical based on the acclaimed DreamWorks Animation film. From three-time Academy Award®-winner Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell) THE PRINCE OF EGYPT is an exhilarating, powerful & joyous celebration of belief and the human spirit.
