Eaten here thrice and I'll be back. Food was fresh, fast, tasty. Only complaint is hot and sour soup and General Tso's chicken is not as spicy as I like it (I have found that in the Detroit area most Chinese restaurant seem to "dumb down" the Szechuan dishes, unlike in Ann Arbor area). 2nd time I ordered it I asked for General's to be spicier and it really wasn't...

Our order was ready in 15 minutes and we have found the food consistently good. We especially enjoy the spring rolls, deluxe fried rice, and "happy family reunion", a tasty combination of chicken, beef, shrimp, scallops, and vegetables.

Walked from daughter home to this small restaurant in a strip mall. What an incredible surprise!!! A good Malbec for 30 bucks was terrific and the portions are quite large. Had a 45 minute wait which was ok as we secured a small table in the bar with two chairs for the 4 of us. Brown rice, Thai green beans were yummy.

While this is mostly a carry out there are a few tables and the place is clean and you have have a table and chairs. The food is cooked to order other that the soups. My favorite is their crab ragoons goods size, hot , and tasty. Food comes out fast and Ive never a bad meal friendly staff.

Ka Hing is certainly the best Chinese restaurant in this area. We have been here several times now, and have never been disappointed. The egg rolls are top notch, the Chinese vegetable soup is a bit better than average, and their Hot and Sour soup is excellent, with the right amount of spice. They certainly have the best Egg Foo Young, my wife's favorite. Each pattie is about the size of a baseball, and the gravy is delicious. My favorite dish is the Szechuan Vegetables with fried tofu. They know how to make the perfect fried tofu, whereas other places fall short on the flavor and texture. This restaurant is clean, and the Chinese waitress speaks very good English and is very attentive.

Hidden gem in Novi - a simple menu of sizzling platters of rice or noodles with your choice of meat and sauce, served in generous portions at a very reasonable price. The menu also has ramen noodle soups, bubble tea and amazing homemade shaved ice cream. Friendly, prompt service. Highly recommended for a quick lunch or dinner.

Chef Jeff Hsu serves up the real McCoy in Shanghaiese cuisine, but cooks for one table at a time. Reservations required and dishes have to be pre-ordered. Food is excellent but the decor and services are lacking. His 1-D business model of quality assurance and personal attention to the diners may not be sustainable. If you don't have a reservation, he will send you home.

This is the best Chinese restaurant. The takeout is always busy, you have to stand in line. Everything we've had was excellent.
