Our first visit at this place , probably the last !!!At our arrival our booked table , could not be found !, Waiting for the menu for about 10-15 minutes, aperitif was served !, other drinks only been served after we almost finished our starters !, we had to order the lemonade for our daughter 3 times !!!!, answers like it is not me , but the other waiter were common, more than 3 times !!!!, we felt forgotten !!!People left their table, because they were not looked after !!!Service was a disaster, unorganized, a total failure !!!Food was ok, even tough for 46 Euros, you get other value on your plates , means better , in many places , I could recommend several places !!!Certainly to be improved !!!Dear Guest,First of all, thank you for visiting our Hotel & Restaurant Ecluse @ Luxemburg Moselle. We are always grateful for open words and also for honest response. We apologize the experience you had to make with our restaurant. This establishment operates as bar, café and restaurant. It has stools at the bar, several tables inside and further seating outside. There is car parking between the restaurant and the road. The menu is mainly gyros, pizza, pasta and salads. Good helpings at reasonable prices served by friendly people. Probably not the place for a gastronomic meal or even a night out but very good for a lunch. Most of the customers appeared to be local and they were using it both as a bar and a lunch venue.

At Bacchus, named after the Roman God of wine, Mediterranean flair is in the air - and on your tongue. From fruity appetisers and fresh fish varieties to a decadently delicious tiramisu, we will whisk you away on a culinary trip along the Mediterranean co
very good looking dishes, well prepared and tasty. One of us got an slightly overcooked Tuna steak but was offered a replacement dish. Service was OK. If you ahve dinner on the terrace it gives you nice views over the hills while the sun is slowly going down.

Moselbruck is a nice standard German tourist restaurant with a nice balcony overlooking the Moselle. The interior is very typical German style, the food is good but not very exciting but the staff are friendly and efficient. A nice place to go if you just want to relax and donât expect to much.

They serve typical German dishes like schnitzel, steak, chicken. Nothing fancy, but good hearty food in generous proportions. They serve a nice selection of local wines. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service friendly. They feature a daily buffet that is a great bargain. For ten euros, you get all you can eat of soup, roasted chicken, potatoes, vegetables, spaghetti, salad bar and dessert. The items vary from day to day, but they always seem to be great selections of good foods. This is one of the best bargain in the area.

Spending a week in the next door hotel made this an easy choice for "Go To Evening Restaurant" after a hard day's sightseeing and travelling (I went three times). The restaurant is warm, decorated well in a modern take on rustic and spacious. The staff are friendly and maintain the right level of attentiveness. It seems to be very popular with locals and hotel guests alike. The food is German fare (with a sneaky but gorgeous Weiner Schnitzel finding it's way onto the menu as well) with a focus on Saarland tradition. The potato soup is a delicious starter, the Weiner Schnitzel is the best I've had ever and the Saarland Platter is a taste sensation with some great stuff for those visiting Saarland for the first time. The portion size is generous to ginormous (depending on your appetite!) but the quality is there in bucketloads too.Absolutely nothing, not a thing, I could fault.

A little Country Inn set in a stylishly renovated old carpentry in the charming wine farming village Sehndorf opened its doors in 2015. The cozy bistro with an open fireplace offers fresh country cuisine, homemade cakes and several local wines. Three comf
Food was excellent. The venue is very beautiful. We went there for dinner and also on Sunday afternoon for their famous grandma's cakes, every dish was exceptionally tasty. Staff is very friendly. The Host even more so.

Very German experience: service was so 'stimmt'. With Luxembourgish friends we chose traditional meals for lunch: winzersteak and kalbschnitzel. Both were perfect. This area by the railway station is bit dirty, but restaurant itself very nice. Worth visiting also from Schengen.
