This restaurant was recommended to us by the Landhotel Glas'l. This is a hotel restaurant but we visited only the restaurant. The interior and the atmosphere is traditional. When we entered the restaurant we were shown to our table. That is that the old man behind the bar pointed the table by finger to us! Anyway, I ordered käsespätzle and my wife ordered turkey salad. Both meals were really great! The spätzle was something I had been missing for a long time. Also, the apfelschorle I ordered was made with real cloudy apple juice. The service was ok although at times you felt that the waitress was not a happy man. He looked a bit rude but still served the guests friendly. Interesting.I would definitely go again for the spätzle.

7 of us are staying in Glonn - a very picturesque village - 30 min outside of Munich. We are 4 teens and 3 parents. The atmosphere within this establishment was welcoming. There was even a family dog - to make us feel at home. We came out for a meal. This is the first place we stopped in. Although the menu was only in German - the staff translated the menu and gave recommendations. We had trout and venison. Everything was delicious. We had salmon appetizers and cake for dessert. The beer was cold and went down smooth! The service made everything top notch. Thanks for a nice meal.

Just returned from Sunday lunch at the Ebersberger Alm. Having booked a table for 13.00 we were quickly offered the menu and our drinks order taken. We ordered our food when the drinks were brought to the table - 3 course Tagesmenu, Schweinebraten, 2 x Kinder Schweineschitzel. So far so good, but this is where the service ended. We waited around 10 minutes for the soup to arrive (why, surely it's ready to be served straight away?) Then when the soup dish was cleared everyone had to wait again for the main course, which was served around 45 minutes after having been seated in the restaurant. By which time, the kids were going crazy and everyone was wishing we'd just stayed at home to eat. Opinions on the food was mixed, but this may have been swayed by our bad moods at having been kept waiting for so long. Time for dessert, which we would have skipped due to the poor service, but the Tagesmenu came with dessert, so we decided to order 2 more. The waiter was busy clearing tables, which was obviously more important than serving his paying customers. We eventually ordered 2 desserts. There followed yet another long wait whilst a slice of cheesecake was cut and ice-cream served. The Tagesmenu dessert never arrived. We had to go and find the waiter and ask about the missing dessert. He admitted he had forgotten it and would bring it. Another wait. We were finished after 1.40 minutes, paid 60⬠(no Tip given) and thoroughly regretted our decision to eat at the Ebersberger Alm.

Dropped in here on a Sunday at midday. We had been hiking. The restaurant was full of neatly dressed Sunday diners. Despite our rustic hiking appearance we were made to feel very welcome and immediately shown to a beautifully appointed table for two. Great coffee to warm us up. Friendly, helpful service brought us our dishes of noodles in their excellent sauces. A quick final coffee, very reasonable bill paid and pourboired, friendly farewells and we were on the road again. We were royally attended to,the food was great and the prices right - what more could you wish for?Thank you Antico Casale. Go there and be pampered. You wonât regret it.

We came to Akropolis by a chance. Place wasn't busy to start with but quickly filled up, even though it was Tuesday evening. We shared cold starters and they were very tasty. Main course was nearly not needed, we were filled up by lovely starters.Staff was friendly and helpful and we got free aperitif and digestif. We can recommend this place for any occasion.

Under changing ownership at times Bavarian now Italian cuisine, it is still one of the most beautiful garden places. For freshness, ask for a Kellerbier in a stein.
