Big sprawling open-air rooms. A chill place to hang out and chat. Main attraction: Western-style breads and baked goods. Cheesecake brownies to die for. (Skip the cakes; they seemed factory-made.) Good breakfasts, with perfectly fluffy and soft scrambled eggs. Friendly staff.

The food was really good and washed down lovely with a cold beer, don’t be put off by the bumpy trek to the restaurant it’s part of the experience. The menu had plenty on it and even my gluten free daughter could find something. The restaurant owners are very down to earth and couldn’t be more helpful, try it you won’t be disappointed.

Didn't eat the desserts but they looked amazing. The chocolate croissant wasn't as flakey as I hoped, but still delicious. Pretzels were great and good coffee. Kid-friendly (and there were lots of them!) and plenty of space and tables. Not open for dinner. We had breakfast for free at our hotel or I would have gone daily!

Beautiful view and yummy food. Not the best pad Thai I’ve had, but still good and the hospitality of the owners puts this place a step above the rest. They explained a few of the ingredients used, and also gave us some complimentary herbal tea. Also love that they’re trying to reduce plastic consumption and have their own water filtration system!

I have written a review before, a negative one. This was when the previous owner was still there. The place has changed ownership and we thought to give it another try.The interior hasn't changed. We were there for breakfast, it's still low season here, so very quiet. The owner/manager was there. We ordered both a fresh baguette with butter and honey and a ham/cheese/tomato omelette. The baguette is absolutely amazing! Fresh and tasty, crispy crust, just as they should be. Unfortunately the 'butter' served with it, is the very artificial tasting 'butter blend' and not real butter. On a perfect baguette it's really a shame. There isn't much that can go wrong with an omelette and it was good. But... and here's my perfectionism again, the ham cubes used have never seen a pig, it's the cheap pressed sweat tasting rubbery ham. I just removed it from the otherwise very tasty omelette. To be honest, the price is average so perhaps I can't expect real ham. The orange juice was indeed freshly pressed and really tasty. All in all we had a good breakfast this time.
