The best milky soft serve and crispy egg waffle cone ever. It was ¥500 per serve. Pros: It was extremely creamy with a very unique milky ice cream taste. I highly recommend trying the cremia soft serve in the cone - the cone was also amazing. Cons: It's addictive.

Inside Happy Flight Park was scene Kitty at each country, however, the scenes were about average. So don't expect much. Also the drink I ordered at the cafe was nice in look but bad in taste.

We were very happy to stumble across cafe green, 50 metres away from the E security gate at Sapporo domestic terminal. We didn't want any further delays to interrupt us so we proceeded through security after checking in, in the hope that there would be some delicious food for us. And there was! Green cafe has crossaints, drinks (hot and cold) and ice creams. We ordered two of the chicken teriyaki croissants and an iced caramel latte. The croissants are somewhat snack-sized so for round two we had one more chicken teriyaki and one of the ham and tomato. They will keep us going for our flight down to Tokyo! Definite recommendation to all hungry travellers. They can do takeaway, and of course they serve Sapporo beer!

Have you traveled in Hokkaido long enough that you missed hometown cooking? Do you have your fair share of signature Japanese food in Hokkaido already? Now that you are leaving Hokkaido, do you want to avoid mob scene and long lines but to have good food in the airport? If your answers are all yes, this Italian bistro maybe your wish coming true!Domestic Terminal 3rd floor has more than 40 eateries (accessible from the International Terminal also). We spent around 20 min looking for a quiet spot to have decent lunch. Literally we stumbled onto Meer Lounge (Jp nameéç£å°éº¦ã®ãã¹ã¿å±ãã, means Hokkaido Wheat Pasta Shop). The interior is neatly decorated. The menu has enough varieties of fruits/salads, pasta, pizza and beverages. Service was friendly and English-speaking. Two of us shared the following:Summer special salad, JPY780 (~USD7.80): big portion, bouncy green leaves, ripen tomatoes, tasty Japanese style proscuitto (less salty, hint of honey), shredded cheese (Hokkaido milk and cheese are famous). This phenomenal salad can be qualified as âfrom farm to tableâ, like in some Napa Valley restaurants!Pizza with homemade meat and 3 mushrooms, JPY1280 (~USD12.80): 10-in thin crust, nice balance of tomato paste and cheese, fresh tasty mushrooms. Seasoning is according to Japanese taste, not too intense nor salty, which is perfect for us.Surprisingly they serve all 3 German style beers from Otaru Brewery (not easily available). I tasted the Dunkel (dark beer) elsewhere before, marvellous! You wonât be stuck having to order from Sapporo, Asahi or Kirin beers anymore!I cannot believe this âboutiqueâ bistro is a part of the Wood-Piece restaurant chain. Now that i know, I may seek out their other domestic locations wherever I travel in Japan.

Is located in New Chitose Airport terminal. We didn't expect to visit this plae. We reached the airport earlier than expected so we were exploring the airport and found this place.This place is a Doraemon theme cafe, kid's playground, souvenir shop and workshop. It will make your kids crazy if you bring them here.We love the cafe but the food portion was small and it tasted normal. I mean the taste of the food didn't excite me but the look of the food was impressive. It is a wonderful place to hangout if you have plenty of time to burn before boarding your flight.

We were so happy to find this shop as we are crazy on their chocolate fromage, so we decided to get another one before we go back home. The chocolate fromage is difficult to find, so far only here and Otaru. In hakodate and narita airport only selling the double fromage. we didnt try the cafe, only heading for the shop, and we found many different kind of products which we brought home and it taste great. They also sell some pastry and breads.
