Panera is so dependable, it is great. You can get a good sandwich or good salad or good soup. I really like the Pick 2. I got Southwest Chili Lime salad and the chicken soup, very tasty meal.
JnB is a cool, family-owned coffee+ shop in Cascade that seems to still be growing into/evolving in its identity. That's a good thing, because it just keeps getting better. They have excellent coffee, a relatively new espresso bar, and are establishing themselves as a premier local roaster. They have pastries and sandwiches (the Cali Turkey Sandwich is so good!). They've added new locations downtown and in Ada. They've expanded into seasonally offering ice cream and other summer ice cream treats. They have a nice outdoor space, or you can take your ice cream and head over to the park along the river. JnB is big on supporting youth music programs and they have space for performances at the top of a short boardwalk in the trees behind the building.

Had a lunch break between doctor visits-this place was close-so gave it a try. Nice sandwich menu. Husbandâs cheeseburger was cooked right (medium) served hot with added upgrade to fries which were lightly seasoned and tasty. I ordered the BLAT (bacon lettuce avocado and tomato) grilled on sour dough bread. Excellent except I thought they forgot the avocado...I did get a faint taste on my last bite.

This place consistently does a great jobs and gets little acclaim. Their breakfasts are excellent, if fairly standard. The are not adventurous but give you good food, good service in an appropriate atmosphere. The six of us have visited often and have never been disappointed.

Manna Cafe is a breakfast & lunch restaurant. We have always had great meals here. The Garden Hash is a favorite; Huevos Rancheros is another. The salads are very good as well. There are many vegetarian choices and daily specials. The ingredients are high-quality and the difference that makes is obvious. Excellent coffee, too. I also like that the plates are well-presented. Service is friendly and prompt.
Coffee way station inside Kingma's Market.
I enjoyed the cortado with almond milk. If your not familiar it's a shot of espresso with an equal amount of warmed milk. $3 but an extra $1 for the almond milk even in the cortado seemed a little pricey for a shot of almond milk. My husband enjoyed his mocha. The shop is right inside Kingma's market. Get a to go and walk around or stay and drink at the table provided.

The peanut butter cinnamon roll and custard long John were both really good. I'll have to come back and try some of the others! Cute little place. There is seating if you want to eat there but we got ours to go.

Nonna's Pantry offers exceptional coffee and espresso drinks, handmade pastries and desserts, along with homemade soups and sandwiches to go. Located next to the bike shop, and across the street from our sister restaurant, Nonna's: The Trattoria.
Visited here with the grandkids to get a treat after school. The waitstaff was very kind and patient. But this ended up being a pricey snack. Added to that is a ton of sugar. Well, we tried it but won't return.
