We are self rated 3.5 Star motel with 12 ground floor units, all with reverse cycle air conditioning, large flat screen TVs, FOXTEL, FREE WIFI,tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, microwave and toaster (available on request). The Emerald Highlands Motel also offers a ground salt water swimming pool with spa, BBQ and dining facilities surrounding pool. There's a guest laundry with dryer and clothes line for guests convenience. We are a licensed venue, offering a selection of Beer, Wine and Spirits. We have room service meals available for dinner (Mon - Fri), and breakfast available 7 days. We are located within walking distance to shopping centre, Tavern, Bowls Club, Hospital, and various Take - Away outlets.
Nice and quiet
Reviewed By AussiePDJust looking for a place to rest overnight on our road trip. Motel is in a quite street off the main road so noise is not an issue. Our room (10) was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. The room looked like it had been updated reasonably recently and while I cannot comment on other rooms ours was very good. A short drive away is the Big Easel in the park where the Info Centre is also located. We were there after closing so did not get to look inside the pioneer village. Nice park, worth a walk through and there is a timeline with the history of Emerald as you wander along.

Comfortable, clean, secure & quiet
Reviewed By 1212naomirI love staying at the Emerald Inn every time I stay in Emerald for work. The apartments are absolutely lovely, the beds are super comfortable, its clean, quiet & secure. It is a family run business, so its lovely to see the same welcoming faces every time I stay. Its a short stroll up the road for a counter meal, or a cold beer. Fast foods & supermarkets are also walking distance.

Free breakfast per person included in room rate, delivered to your room between 5.30am and 7.30am Monday to Saturday with a continental breakfast on Sunday (because we all need a sleep in)! Lots of off street parking for larger vehicles and trailers. Take away lunch packs available 7 days a week On site chef and room service meals available. Fully licensed outdoor dining area. Great shower, great wifi
Reviewed By lisstravelsalotWe stayed in a basic $99 room with free breakfast and it was great. We heard traffic/truck noise till about 9pm then again at 6am which didn’t bother us. The room was basic, no plates, no face washers, just a block of soap and a towel, a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was ample to get us started. The shower is awesome, enjoy the pressure! We would stay here again, the wifi is super fast.

Reviewed By leahal2014We had a family room with two rooms one with a queen and a queen and single and there was heaps of space, full size fridge nice cool air conditioning close to the sports bar and bistro the staff members that were working when I was here are amazing really nice friendly people made the night so much better.

Well worth considering
Reviewed By AttitudeJVI stayed at the Resort for a couple of nights, recommended by family when I visited Emerald for a family reunion/birthday party, and was pleasantly surprised. I might have chosen other accommodation, but this one was really convenient. Rooms comfortable and well appointed, location was off the main highway so road noise was negligible, meals were wholesome and well cooked reflecting needs of mainly mining staff but the standout IMHO was the service. Manager Wendy went out of her way to be helpful - reflective of good old-fashioned hospitality! Well worth considering if Emerald is on your itiner.
