Hot cold water dispenser in corridor helpful. Counter staff friendly. Grab RM7 from town centre....had a v good sleep...zzzzzz

Reviewed By ZoulaThe hotel is clean, the room I had was clean, there is internet in the room and the front desk staff are very polite. After a long day I came back and my room was not made up, that was really frustrating. They said I had to inform them that I was going out so they would know, or something of the sort. Putting that aside, there the location is convenient with a Tesco walking distance and a 24 h Mc Donalds. The hotel is a shop lot converted into a hotel. For what I paid, no complain.

Reviewed By Curtis BFor the price we paid from booking online, it was a great value. Beautiful view from 9th floor, remodeled room was clean and efficient, quit spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quit good with a lot of variety.

Be Warned. Cheap but needs attention. Especially on FIRE SAFETY
Reviewed By Wong YStayed there for one night. Reception was very good. No problems however when we were in the room found the TV hanging by its wire. Reception was horrible and bad and of no use. Hot water was a trickle. The bathroom was clean but the room smells and was musty. Bed most unconfortable and a non exsistence pillow. In the living room there was electrical wire bare. TV was removed.3point plug not working. The owner should ckean up the common area of clatter. Old sofa, fridge, broken chairs and keep escape exits clear. This place need a huge attention BEWARE .
