Barcelona feels a bit surreal – appropriate, since Salvador Dali spent time here and Spanish Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí designed several of the city’s buildings. Stepping into Gaudí’s Church of the Sacred Family is a bit like falling through the looking glass - a journey that you can continue with a visit to Park Güell. Sip sangria at a sidewalk café in Las Ramblas while watching flamboyant street performers, then create your own moveable feast by floating from tapas bar to tapas bar.

CDLC in Barcelona is the finest club in Spain and one of the best in the world. Enjoy its wonderful food and drinks at its exclusive restaurant and beach club or experience the sexy and stylish night at the best club atmosphere.
My last night in Barcelona was rewarded with four of us ( three of us family) enjoying a night at this classy restaurant and club. The interior is first class and so was my meal. I had the sea bass in a coconut cream with asparagus and broccoli. Steamed rice came with it too, including Japanese herbs with the rice. The starter was the best spring rolls I've ever had. For drinks u had refreshing Sol followed by a Desperado. My partner had a Moroccan, which was a lamb tagine. Having been to the said country more than once, this meal was a slight let down. If we return, I'm sure we'll go for something else due to the extensive and impressive menu. The young ladies enjoyed a starter platter and the steak. The steak was cooked slightly more than the medium rare that was ordered, nevertheless, very tender and slightly succulent. Three of the group enjoyed a good white wine at 32 euros and one had an excellent cocktail- Nirvana! We enjoyed photos in the interior following our meal and may have stayed longer if it wasn't so quiet. Five stars due to the sea bass, steak, service and ambience. 225 euros for a once in a blue moon treat ????

Open since november 2007. Icebarcelona has become a must see in the Condal City. Frequented as much by locals as by tourists, the icebar is a perfect place to enjoy an original and very amusing experience. The first ice bar at the beach in the world. A unique place at a temperature of -5ºC (20ºF), designed by internationally renowned artists. The average visit lasts 45 minutes. While you are shivering with fun, you can relax on the terrace, perfect for an al fresco cocktail right in front of the Mediterranean sea.
We visited the ice bar during our trip to Barcelona and it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend visiting here if you are in the area. It is located right on the beach alongside lots of restaurants. We pre booked our tickets the day before we went as it was Christmas eve so we didn't know how busy it would be. Upon arrival the staff gave us some big silver coats and gloves to wear and then we were taken I to the bar to choose a drink. There were a few cocktail options to choose from and the drink was served in a ice glass. I think they do different themes and whilst we were there it was at the movie's, the ice sculptures were fab and we had a really great time in here. We lasted the full 45 mins but I think any longer than this and you would be too cold!!
