2 stars if not for the great beer selection. Lots to choose from on tap. The server was very friendly, but couldn't make up for the bad food. The wings tasted warmed up. Clearly not fresh. Same with the fries. They had some good flavours, but it just tastes like sauce on old wings.

I personally did not find anything unique about this place other than it seems to be the 20 something hang out. The food was okay and the drinks were pricey. The service was good and the manager was friendly. If you're looking for a place to drink and let loose, this is a good place to visit.

A very family oriented restaurant and very busy on the Friday night we were there. While busy we were seated with only a short wait. Menus is Typical of all Applebee’s. Waitress was pleasantly attentive for being so busy. Don’t forget to ask for your senior discount BEFORE you order.

Doc Holliday's Roadhouse Bar and Grill

We had dinner late on a Sunday night. It was not crowded and we had great service. Despite the good looking beer menu we ordered a sauvignon blanc wine which was quite tasty. The house salad was good though the citrus vinaigrette dressing was thicker than we expected. Fish tacos were really juicy but very tasty. The redneck egg rolls were huge and doughy even though they were deep fried. I ended up picking out the pork which was delicious but hidden in the dough of the roll. Would not order those again.

Williston Brewing Company

I went here for lunch after a recommendation by a co-worker. I was NOT disappointed! My California Chicken sandwich was delicious - unbelievably tasty for something as simple as a chicken sandwich. So much food I could not finish. The iced tea was perfectly brewed and refreshing. Service was very friendly. The ambiance is fantastic. The restaurant is smartly decorated. It took me a minute to decipher the bathroom doors. "Trucks" and "Garages" but I eventually got it...lol. There are several complaints about the prices at this restaurant, but everything in Willistion is overpriced. This is far and away the best place to eat in Williston. Seriously. I have tried every place. This is the best.
