This was my first time. Came with a buddy who had been here a few months ago. Set up like your basic bar with lots of TV’s and they had trivia going this night. Good beer selection and friendly bartenders. I was told their pizza was good and it sure was. I ordered a custom pizza with about 6 toppings. Delicious! There was a good crowd, fairly full but not packed. Seemed Line everyone was having a good time. I would happily return.

We sit at the bar and always get good drinks. Bartender was very helpful and engaging. I'm NOT a fan of the homemade chips and gross dipping sauce. (tastes like plain mayo). I had a fish sandwich without bun and it was "OK" Partner had the short rib and she said it was pretty good. She likes the half-sour pickles... I hate them.Thank you so much for your feedback. We had drinks at Iron Horse tavern and it was a nice place for it. They have some good draft beer choices. They also had a nice fire going which we sat near. The atmosphere was good and our server was great. We did not eat anything, but they had a full pub style menu.

Wednesday evening, my husband and I visited Pub Ten for dinner with some very dear friends. It was an excellent experience riddled with problems. Let me explain. We sat down and were promptly served drinks. We ordered soon after that. I had ordered the “special” of the evening. After several minutes, the manager herself came out to tell me they were out of the specific cheese used in this special. I dine out often enough to know that when a restaurant runs out of an ingredient, there are no more “specials” to be had. But no - she offered two additional options - a different kind of cheese or wait a few minutes longer and they would bring in the needed cheese. Since my companions were in no hurry, we said, that’s fine, we can wait. She immediately offered to bring out chips for us while we waited, which was a very nice gesture. We enjoyed the chips and just sat there talking and having a good time. I guess someone went to a local market to get the cheese, because my companion observed someone coming in, carrying cheese. We knew it wouldn’t be long now, and all was still just fine. A few minutes later, they bring out the three other meals. I was a little confused, since we all thought the meals would come out together. My companions went ahead eating, since I didn’t want their food to get cold, waiting on mine. Shortly, my “special” came out and it was worth waiting for. It was a burger and I thought it would have fries or something with it. I inquired and immediately she said, no, it doesn’t, but I’ll bring fries anyway. Not necessary, but again, a very nice gesture. Then, she brought out desserts - on the house. My goodness! My husband once said that the way a manager treats an issue is what makes an establishment go from good to excellent. That is exactly what happened for us at Pub Ten that evening at dinner. Not only will we go back often, we will take friends and family to Pub Ten. Thank you, Pub Ten, for an excellent dining experience!

After making an unexpected trip to ATL, we found ourselves hungry looking for a decent place to stop in Norcross. The reviews were good so we took a chance. The place was very clean and charming. The wings and fries were probably the best that I've had, however the service was not great. As a southerner, I'm used to being greeted with a smile. We didn't get that at all. An older lady was there "running" things and she didn't crack a smile or say anything to me or my party, even though we were in close proximity while waiting for our food. I'm not sure if she was the owner or manager, but I left feeling unappreciated as a customer. I'm not sure if I"ll return. Maybe it was a bad day, but I hate feeling like my business is unwelcomed or unappreciated.

We were out of town and decided to give this place a try because it was Cinco De Mayo. HUGE mistake!! We have a large group of 13 and the waiter told us it was his 4th day ever serving. NO ONE helped him! We ended up having to write down our own drink order and take it to the bar and then 1 hour later we still didn't even have drinks. 2 hours after we arrived we finally got our food and it was absolutely disgusting! My plate had some kind of brown liquid all over it and it looked like someone tried to wipe it off but instead just ended up smearing it all over the plate. I ordered fajitas and what a huge disappointment. No one ever asked if we wanted anything else to drink and we had to get up and get our own refills on water. They had these buckets set up on chairs behind our chairs where they were piling up dirty dishes and scraping old food off of plates. One of the women in our group has a severe citrus allergy and she and about 5 of our group ended up getting up and walking out because we could see the cross contamination happening in the kitchen from our seat and she was just too afraid to take a chance with them not being able to handle proper preparation for a food allergy. Absolutely no one in any management capacity was there to support their staff or care for us as customers. Not sure who owns this place but I highly recommend some training or you probably won't be in business very long.Thank you for the feedback. You are absolutely right, we should have never allowed a group your size to get seated with our newest team member. By the time we realized it had happened, damage was done. And of course being Cinco de Mayo all problems were magnified. We do however take our sanitation and cross contamination seriously. Unfortunately being a very small restaurant, our buss cart does sit near the back table, and of course again being cinco - we could barely keep up with the incoming dishes. On top of all this, it was a Sunday and we were extremely understaffed for the cinco rush :(We sincerely apologize for your less than acceptable experience. Feel free to reach out to me directly through our website so that I may attempt to further amend for your experience - Andrew, owner, operator, dishwasher on 5/5/19

First visit here as we were staying at Hilton nearby and made the short walk behind the shopping area. We were seated on the side with the bathrooms and near the back but not in the very back. Queen, according to the receipt, was our very attentive server. She had my refills before I could request them. The food was ok. My mistake was upgrading to the onion rings. They were mostly batter and not that great. My Reuben was average and had good amount of meat. Others had chicken quesadillas, Swiss & Mushroom burger, and Pecan Bleu Salad. All the food was good but nothing to write home about. The service was so good that I am giving a 5. I usually tip 15% or so, but I left almost 22% because of the great, attentive service. Thanks Queen and others!

If you don't care for great service but would like to eat good food then this place is worth visiting. We had the baked brie, the veggie platter which consisted of cauliflower potato pancakes, risotto cakes, grilled asparagus and yucca fries, plus we ordered the spaghetti squash with veggie meatballs. Everything was very tasty and well presented. Service was hasty and left much to be desired. Place is pretty crowded and noisy - so if you're trying to have an intimate meal, this is not the place.I like your food comments thank you. I will focus on the hasty service. Thank you.
