We drive an hour and 15 minutes just to eat sushi here, bypassing other sushi bars. Always service with a smile. Fresh, fresh, FRESH sushi. Gyoza is awesome. Seaweed salad is superb. Never had anything here that we did not like, ever. Thank you Kazoku!

Dined on a Thurs eve by myself. The restaurant was comfortably full. I was seated immediately & my order was taken soon after. (Strike 1) I specifically asked for a glass of water with No Ice. I also ordered a bottled beer. The ICED water arrived & they were out of my beer selection, no big problem a different beer was ordered. It arrived with a glass with a dried piece of something on it. I just opted to drink from the bottle, something I rarely due in public, oh well. (Strike 2) I specifically asked about a salad that would have NO Romaine lettuce (because of the CDC warning for e coli) I was told that this was not a problem as the kitchen was substituting with iceberg & spinach. I was offered a "Caesar" with these two lettuces instead of the romaine. What arrived was a full dish/bowl filled with Romaine lettuce. When I politely informed my server he said 'Mam, the chef said we'll start serving romaine when the ban is lifted'. I simply showed my server the already googled CNN report for that day 12/6 'More outbreaks from Romaine'. My salad was whisked away. A new salad was presented shortly thereafter that was exactly what my server had originally recommended. A caesar with a substitution of iceberg lettuce & spinach. It was good & crisp, but pretty heavy on the dressing. (Strike 3) I had also ordered a cup of soup. The Baked Potato soup was not delivered until after I was completely finished with my salad. This was not a deal breaker, but I would have liked the choice to have it with my salad. What was frustrating was that it was not very hot. I did give the thumbs up when my waiter checked back because I had a mouthful & was pretty much ready to just go.In summary, I feel that all of these little annoyances we're avoidable. I instead left feeling unsatisfied. An opportunity was lost on this customer. Thank you for listening ... and please Do Not send me one of those pre printed form apologies. That would be salt in the wound. This is a For Your Information comment. Thanks!

Traveling through the area, we stopped here for dinner and enjoyed their Shrimp Pasta and Grilled Salmon, although it wasn't exactly what we ordered. The waitress took the order, but didn't listen, so ended up bringing the shrimp pasta vs.the soup and salad bar, which we went ahead and accepted since it was delivered to the table. The food was very good, but I can't say as much for the service. The waitress never checked with us and it was hard to get her attention. It wasn't all that busy, but the wait for our food was extremely long, while other tables of guests that came in after us were served quickly. Not the best experience and below the Ruby Tuesday standards. Seemed like some training or manager observation is needed. I give them an A grade for food quality and a D grade for service.

We entered the restaurant Saturday evening. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was very sweet. We ordered pizza rolls as an appetizer as well as an order of wings. Both were very good. I got the crab legs for my meal with a side of corn. My husband got a burger and fries. We were both satisfied with our entrees. I just wish there had been more than one cluster of crab legs served. We can see why this is a local favorite. There is out door seating as well.

Every time we go to Mt. Airy, we go to The Loaded Goat, and we are never disappointed. My favorite is the catfish sandwich and sweet potato fries ($11). Itâs absolutely delicious! The fish and fries are always fried perfectly, and itâs a huge sandwich. I love their burgers too. If you like a big, juicy burger, then this is the place to go. No matter what weâve ordered, we have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent which is a huge plus. I highly recommend The Loaded Goat.

Apparently very popular since we had a 40 minute wait. Limited bar. Ribs were okay. Homemade chips and buffalo wings were good. Service excellent as were the prices.
