Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Amalfi. If it's your first time visiting the Amalfi Coast, chances are you'll do a double-take the first time you see a roadside lemon stand. Yes, those are lemons, and yes, they are the size of your head. But despite their freakish appearance, you will grow to love these lemons because the locals use them to produce limoncello. And take it from us, there's nothing like a glass of limoncello as you gaze out at the sea from the balcony of your hotel in Amalfi. It's pretty much perfection.

Our family including our teen sons stopped in Masaniello Cafe for lunch while touring the Amalfi coast. We were a bit tired of the traditional Italian fare after vacationing in Italy for 3 weeks. This cafe is easy to find and such an interesting place to relax for lunch or dinner. It was clean and cold which was a requirement. Our server Raffaele took great care of us and explained the menu and their specials. Also the menu gives English descriptions which was very nice. We ordered the Amalfi burgers, All-American burgers cooked medium and they were delicious! The fries were hot and delicious and included with the burgers no extra charge!!!

bar/fast food take away 07:00-23:00 pizzeria 18:30 - 23:30 PIZZE FOR LUNCH: merc - gio - ven from 12 am to 2 pm WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA ON FRIDAY EVENING CLOSED ON MONDAY
We had the tastiest vegetarian pizzas here. Amazingly cooked in wood fire. You'll get the best vegetarian options here with lots of variety. We're eating pizzas every day but we're yet to come across better pizzas in the whole of Italy. Looking forward to visit again during our stay here. Thank you very much.

Enjoyed our meal/evening. Great friendly service. The anchovies appetizer was the best we have had on our holiday. Also had the prosciutto melon appetizer which was very fresh. We had the lemon linguine that came with an outstanding creamy sauce. We had the house red wine which was good. Priced favourably for quality and quantity.

We serve snacks and drinks all night long on The wonderful waterfront of Maiori in Amalfi Coast. We are close during the autumn and winter. We hope to meet all of you in spring!
We visited this restaurant 3 years ago when visiting Maiori and just felt we had to come back. Franco is such a personable, attentive host and treats all customers like family. The food is always delicious and Francoâs homemade beer, wine & limoncello are just another reason to keep coming back. This is a family owned restaurant and it is obvious that they take great pride in serving the finest home style cooking available in Maiori.

Best known as the Bar at the junction, because situated on the junction to Positano, preparing lunches very early morning, at lunch and dinner are available pizzas, sandwiches, "panuozzi", salads and cocktails and during the summer all can be enjoyed on t
No brainer: fantastic food, incredible view, mind blowing tiramisu, and good prices! Not in the normal tourist area, about 1 mile west of downtown Amalfi. The food here was so good we ate here twice! Our first visit was 2 pizzas, 1 wine, 1 beer, and 1 coke for 27 euros. Our second visit was 1 pizza, 2 tiramisu and 3 drinks for 28 euros. To reach the restaurant area, go in the front door, turn left and go up the stairs, but keep in mind that food service doesn't begin until 7pm. Do yourself a favor and eat here!

After reading a lot of reviews on here we were excited to try Tonyâs. However we were very underwhelmed by the food and service. All the Italian speaking tables were greeted warmly and served drinks and bread. We were served drinks but given oil...We ordered 4 starters, Two turned up on one dish and were very small for the price, the rest ample size. However until the last starter (at least 5 minutes after the others) arrived no plates were given so we were juggling the food to eat whilst hot. If the place had been busy I could almost understand but the waiting staff were standing next to our table! The fried mozzarella was so burnt it was inedible. We left it but no one asked if ok. The starters were cleared before my youngest had had chance to eat his. I had to take the plate back! The mains were nice. The drinks good. The service ok but totally missing anything which would make it special. Such a shame.

The Gerry's pub is an ideal place for a quick snack or a for a full lunch or diner amdmiring the stunning view from our terrace! The home made pasta and the homegrown vegetables are the clear signs of a real local italian cuisine! In summer time (april/oct)
Myself and my husband have just returned from spending a week in Amalfi. We stayed in the Excelsior Grand Hotel and the Village of Pogerola is just a 5 min walk up the hill from the hotel. We decided to take a walk on our 1st night and went in to Gerry's pub for a drink and something to eat. Gerry was so welcoming and we had a magnificent meal, sitting on the veranda overlooking the valley, we went up to Gerry's nearly every night of our holiday as he also had entertainment and a wonderful musician and singer himself. I must also compliment his chef - gorgeous food.hello Louisescolethanks very much and we are so happy to ready such nice review like this one!!!i hope that lots of people will read this one and iust walk only 500 meters from the Excelsior hotel to the main square of the village!!gerry
