Reviews on Bar food in Almeria, Province of Almeria, Spain. Founded by the caliph of Cordoba, this Andalucian city on Spain’s southeast coast is a reminder of the region’s Muslim history. The Alcazaba, a massive fort, dominates the city and affords amazing views. Also worth experiencing are the cathedral and the Almeria Museum. East of the city is the rugged, desolate Cabo de Gata-Nijar coast, a protected area. To the west is the resort area of Roquetas de Mar, featuring vast beaches.

This tavern decorated in a Flamenco and bull fighting style, has a quiet outdoor terrace open all year round. Its food, including regional tapas and Spanish products, as well as its large acclimatised wine cellar, make this a perfect place for whoever wis
We went for the lunch with our children visit during the Exams (22 December 2018). The food was good and reasonably priced but the service was very slow and bad timing; some of us had to wait 20 minutes after few of us had already were served!

We called in here for lunch while on a day trip to Almeria. We sat outside in the sunshine an were served by a really friendly young lady who explained the menu and the tapas dished to us.We ordered a couple of beers and a few dishes to start. We enjoyed them so much we ordered more beer and tapas, in fact we ended up staying for over 2 hours. All the food was amazing and when we finally got the bill we were amazed the everything we had eaten and drank only came to 24 euros, fantastic value!!We will definitely call here again and are already planning our next trip to Almeria.

Very rude service toward turist, no tapas even you order many drinks. I don't care about free food, but when you see that every other customer get tapas and you don't - it's rude! Plus, when I ask waiter about it, he actually admitted that this is a boss order to not give a tourist tapas. Lame and pathetic. I didn't like the way waitress treats us, and the way staff treat themselves too. Makes pp feel very unwelcome and disrespected

Really great find. We ordered wine and Tapas but couldn't believe the Tapas was free. They were very generous portions and we expected to pay for them. Really tasty, great quality, I don't know how they do it. Good choice of wine and lovely cocktails. Really friendly and helpful waiter.

Found this place near to the market. We sat outside with a large number of locals (always a good sign). A really friendly waiter took our order and recommended that we tried the Tapas. The tapas were excellent and great value. The beer and local wine was also very good and a good price. I'd thoroughly recommend this bar for a lunchtime stop.

It's clearly a place popular with the locals and we were lucky to grab a table, so many were turned away after we arrived. The food was great (octopus, risotto, aubergine and veggies). Yes there were no English menus, but we survived, and would heartily recommend straying slightly away from the normal tourist spots.Thank you very much for your comment. We aim your appreciation on the menu in English. A greeting.

It is a café-bar located in the center of AlmerÃa where, open all day, where breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners are offered. The atmosphere is vintage-bohemian, the cakes (carrot cake, red velvet, guinnes cake, cheesecake, etc.) are homemade and the
Laid back, more student-oriented location for tapas. The pastries looked particularly inviting. Friendly staff.

Everything good you read about this place is true. It certainly doesn't look like the most salubrious location but the decor is imaginative, the people super friendly and the food is off the charts. Try the tortillas or tuna tataki/sashimi for something to remember.
