Awful.staying at a local venue for the night. Googled local eateries for a take away pizza and got this place. Rang and ordered, went to pick it up and $40 later for a tiny pumpkin/beetroot salad and grease laden overly cheesed soggy pizza, felt very ripped off. Be warned, this is not a local pizza take away, it is a resort and priced accordingy. My mistake to miss this point on google local pizza!! never again
Dined here as a group of 5 with a booking during the new year period. Being peak season, you would think that they would have more staff on but the service was very slow and we were there a few hours, most of it wait time. Food was average. Best to BYO if staying at the park or head down to Hallidays Tavern.

This place hit a real high a couple of years ago. They did renovations and the dining area is tasteful and pleasant in winter and summer. The owners and their staff are always pleasant and decent. That had not changed on our last visit. Sadly, the same can't be said for the food. For a while, the food at the reborn Hallidays Point Tavern was superb, from fish and chips to pizzas. My test for good pub food is always the seafood. For a while it was excellent. The seafood basket was an absolute treat. That was taken off the menu but the fish and chips remained fresh, light and delicious. The takeaway pizzas were also superb. We noticed in January 2019 that something had changed. For a start we couldn't see the great big chef we had become used to seeing in the kitchen. The fish in the fish and chips had turned into huge, greasy, oily slabs of some kind of former sea life that tasted horrible. My fallback was lamb cutlets but the last time I visited they also had been removed from the menu. The blackboard items are often quickly deleted. I pity those who chose them because when I tried one of them (some weird duck dish) it was barely edible and the prices for those items are up there with mid-range restaurant food. Once bitten, twice tough, dry and inedible.Feeling disappointed with the bistro food, we tried the pizzas, fully expecting the quality we were used to. Nope. The pizzas are rubbish. In future I will make my own.The only saving grace from my point of view is that my wife still likes the chicken schnitzel with chips and salad. Sadly, that is not my favourite pub fare, and the fish and chips is no longer an option. In pub bistro terms that is bizarre. It seems that every time we visit there is one less edible option for me.

Passing through for breakfast on a road trip. Service was good. Coffee was quite good, however, meals were very average and therefore quite overpriced for the quality that was served.

Business hours are: Thursday from 10:00am-2:00pm and Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10:00am-4:00pm. We are closed on all Public Holidays.
A relaxing venue for lunch or coffee on the Pacific Highway. Although the cafe was busy our large group was well looked after with prompt service. There are plenty of tables to choose from inside and outside, which is a bonus. The spicy fish stack was perfect for lunch and I enjoyed the coffee.

FLOW Bar is a family friendly cafe/bar/live music venue located 100m from the beach in the gorgeous coastal village of Old Bar. A perfect place to soak in the sun, catch up with family and friends while enjoying a coffee, scrumptious breakfast, lazy lunch
Come here this morning, food and coffee was great, but the service was crap, I think they all took their sad face pills. No vibe, no talking amongst staff, no fun. There was heaps of staff, but no table service, no one even bought water to the table, they all just stood around motionless. Great looking hip place though, with some vibrant staff this would be an awesome 5 star place
