Since moving back to St. Louis, it has been really hard finding a Japanese Steakhouse that offers tasty Teppanyaki and sushi at a good price. Yes, I have tried Shogun and the other (that currently slips my mind) but to me, they cannot compare! I just happen to see their billboard off highway 70 on my way to Mid-Rivers Mall.This was my first visit and I have already started planning my second visit with family this weekend (just because I want to try everything else :)). The lunch prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the quality and taste. Our server and cook were great and very entertaining. I also had the sushi, which was fresh and flavorful. At the end of the meal, I was so full, but the food was so good, I ordered a roll to go.If you do the Teppanyaki, be sure to have the Yum Yum sauce, which is a rare commodity in St. Louis. It is an organish sweet mayonnaise based sauce that would put a smile on your face.

Ordered takeout for 12 by ordering 6 entrees, crab rangoon, egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. Everything was very good! Cashew Chicken is my favorite (all white meat), as well as the Beef n Broccoli. Sacha chicken is a bit spicy, but a favorite too. Sweet and sour chicken was not greasy and very tasty. Crab rangoon are large and have lots of filling . We will keep coming back until they give us a reason not to.

They have a lot of great options for their lunch special. You choose between egg roll, crab rangoon, or soup options. White or fried rice (I heard a lady order the fried rice extra dark. I guess that means more flavor?) And your entrée. Their portions are prefect for lunch, delious and all for under $6.00. Would recommend.

Manderian Garden has very good Chinese food. The service can be a bit challenging......We look at it, as if we are in a Sienfeld episode.....âNo soup for youâ and âChinese Tableâ. Have fun, do what youâre told and youâll have a good meal.

This place is next door to the place where my wife and daughter get their nails done. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the atmosphere is comfortable, the food is excellent, the portions are good, the servers are attentive and pleasant, and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back.

This place has great service, which earned them the 5 dots. If I were only rating the sushi roll itself, it probably would only receive 4. I found the taste fresh but I would rather the inside of the toll be made from whole pieces of salmon rather that diced chunks. I will try a different roll next time I come. I will probably be back.
