Visited 1300 on a Friday. I was seated immediately and served quickly. Uncertain as to which beer to order, so the waiter made a suggestion and brought a sample. I passed and ordered the on tap Sapporo. The Khao soi (Coconut Curry Ramen-shredded leeks, toasted spiced walnuts, lime, fried ginger and green onion) was excellent with just the right amount of heat and sweetness.Four or five tables for two, seating at the bar, and a number of communal tables.Free wifi which I didn't access. Music was perhaps a little loud but became less noticeable as the restaurant became busier. An all-around pleasant experience which I hope to repeat on a regular basis.

We heard praise about this restaurant and decided to have lunch just before Christmas evening. The waitress was pleasant and informed about the choices available.I started with a delicious mushroom egg drop soup which was too salty for my taste. My wife and I then had excellent vegetable spring rolls and stir fried vegetables with good portions of rice. My wife had hot water plus lemon to drink and I enjoyed the big tea pot of Chinese tea.We also met a longtime friend at this restaurant who also praised the quality of the food. The toilet was clean and there was ample parking space in this small shopping centre.

I have tried almost every sushi place in Halifax and this is my absolute favorite. The food is excellent, always fresh and delicious. The servers are always friendly and helpful. The New York roll is my favorite! They are an extremely busy spot so sometimes service can be a little slow but never enough to be a nuisance. Food always comes out in a reasonable amount of time, and always tastes great!

Can't believe I am only now visiting Wasabi House. My niece introduced it to me recently and we enjoyed a rainbow roll and a sweet potato tempura roll. We were also treated to two complimentary rolls - California and sweet potato with crab and mango sauce. Everything was delicious and not expensive. A chocolate mint stick arrived with the bill rounding out a very enjoyable meal. The restaurant was very busy on a Monday night with a line up at the door when we left.

I decided to have something spicy and tasty today for a treat so I was in Halifax and decided to try some Indian food and chose Curry Village. I am so happy that I didI had just a combo A with a samosa, chicken curry, rice and naan bread.I wasn't expecting too much but a little spice would be ok.Wow was I wrong. This was amazing. The samosa was really nice and the curry was perfect with just the right amount of heat and a ton of flavors. The rice had a light coconut flavor but the naan bread was hot and soooooo good.It actually reminded me of meals I had in India in the best of all possible ways.I would feel very comfortable referring Curry Village to anyone.

We went to this Thai place on a Tuesday night and there was only one waitress to serve all the restaurant! She was so friendly but overworked !We had ordered fresh spring rolls, got the fried ones; asked for a snow pea dish, no more snow peas at 7 pm... you see the drill ?Food was okay, about a 8/10 but management needs to react better to clients and their needs.

Followed the TripAdvisor reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Original Chinese flavors, not massively westernized. I liked it but wasn't blown away. Simply very good but not exceptional.Service was good but why the rush. Let someone finish the starter before bringing the soup. Let someonee finish the soup before serving the main dish.
