Welcome at The Red Box, a modern asian-french fusion restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen with a fashionable situation and a very warm and smiling atmosphere and service. The menus are based on a healty edition of the classic french bistro cuisine with a
Bit different but excellent. The two of us had 5 small Chinese plus chicken as starters followed by duck and lamb all of which were top quality. Wine cote de Rhône was very nice as well. Service good with the disks explained. Overall cost was 1000 dk which was a tad pricey however around standard for Copenhagen which is expensive.

Had a wonderful dinner with my wife there. Quite an intimate atmosphere in a lively neighborhood. Good service, short but fulfilling list of cocktails. Excellent samosas, a just brilliant garlic naan that mustnât be missed! The Rahjistani daal an the Chicken Tikka Masala had a good spice to it without overdoing it. Went down with a cold Cobra. Excellent parking just by the restaurant. Decent pricing.

As had five hours to kill before a flight, checked out TripAdvisor reviews for somewhere nearby....... and whiled away a pleasant three hours at Jin Yuan. Arrived when it was still quiet at five pm, the restaurant was packed full an hour or so later. It's in a fairly uninspiring district, but the staff and food were good, and despite being busy I wasn't bothered or hassled to see if if finished eating. All in, spent three hours reading my book and eating. The sushi was fresh and mostly tasty - would recommend. I chose fish and prawns for the stir fry- was good. The buffet hot food selection was ok - average and lots looked fried (which I didn't fancy),One large beer and bucket of coke - bill 350 (or £40).... so not brilliant value for money - but perhaps Copenhagen is expensive?Better than hanging round the airport!!!

Heard good things about this restaurant in the little coast town of Dragor, just south of the airport. We decided to get one of the special combo meals with soup, appetizers, entrees and dessert for 2, and enjoyed it very much. The food was fresh and hot, and the spice level matched the spiciness rating on the menu (1-3 chili peppers). Not thrilled with the appetizers, but everything else was good. I think if we go back, I will try the buffet. Long spacing between courses was the downside for us.
