Chez Thuy is such a treat! Big restaurant with ample seating. The service is great, people are kind and accommodating. Food is DELISH with HUGE portions. Definitely recommend! Dishes in photo are a large rare steak pho (top) and the chefâs platter (bottom)

Everything we had was delicious. Even the kids were thrilled with everything. The counter people were great and went out of their way. They explained the menu with enthusiasm and provided great service. It is hippy Boulder, but this place was great. I wish they had far more locations.

we have been searching for a good Thai restaurant for a long time. This one was excellent The chicken Satay was perfect, very tender. The peanut sauce was also very good. Their signature dish, not sure of the name was amazing. Can't wait to go back..

Why not take advantage of the 2 for 1 special!Garlic bread is always a treat.......................our waitress was Angie and we've had her before. Wonderful!Friend and i both had the Salmon Pappardelle......it was a nice portion.....BUT very soupy and for my taste NOT ENOUGH spice. When Angie came by and asked what we thought, i told her the truth. She was nice enough to offer to have anything else made.......but I said it wasn't necessary. Friend and i both took home leftovers. Can't wait to add some spices AND perhaps some sun dried tomatoes to the dish!We shared a chocolate lava cake.......not a bit left. We both had water.3.5* would probably be the correct rating, if i could.

There are a ton of great dishes... I haven't gone wrong here. The miso cod is was pricey for the size. Otherwise , not bad on prices. Love sitting at the bar. Dexter is a great bartender. The tall hipster bartender, with double hair buns... isn't super friendly. I guess we weren't hip enough. Otherwise everyone is friendly and service is great. Ambiance is nice also (except for large tv's) They take away from the otherwise nice classy ambiance.
