Hadnât been to Brooklyn Depot in a year or so, due to time... So my wife and I thought âletâs go get a great burger and Hotdogâ.. Well Brooklyn Depot Surfers Paradise is not the place for that... A once great restaurant, has fallen off the top... The wifeâs hotdog was dry and the bread was hard.. My hamburger was freshly microwaved... If it wasn't? it sure tasted like it..... After the years of frequenting this resturant... We will never be back....Donât waste your money...

Sorry guys big disappointment , had high hopes as being a gold coast icon to visit and eat ,especially being a tourist , we sampled 3 burgers and all were dry as ,no flavour and was eating a dry overcooked patty , way too expensive for the size it's not good enough , up ya game guys , seriously put some flavour and mayo into those burgers

Stopped here for some dinner before making the trek back home. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and the service was amazing. Staff were very quick to serve you and checked on us several times throughout our meal to make sure everything was good. Will be back!

Mthe food and prices are alright here but the service is beyond appalling.They wanted to sit us infront of open windows at 8pm in winter so we chose to sit outside. Because we seated outselves (which previously has been ok to do) they did not want to serve us and told me i had to line up and have them sit me (note no other customers waiting to be seated).My trip prior to this in June - they had plenty of booths but could not seat a party of 10 for about 20 minutes. We asked to sit in 2 booths and were told this was not allowed.I then said that we are 2 parties anyway and would like to be seated as 2 parties (family of 6 and family of 4) and were told this too was not allowed. We ended up making our own tables up outside around heaters and getting them to serve us.A business that will no doubt go bankrupt as they have no interest in customer service!!!Appalled and disgraced at what a business thinks is appropriate!Hi Suwati, we appreciate all feedback and use it as a tool for our continual development. I am really sorry if our staff appeared inflexible, but I need more information about the day & time - so I can review the staffing & bookings. We love this place. If you get a window seat you can see the surf. The service is always great, very attentive even though itâs always packed. Book in advance if you donât want to wait for a table. We ordered two mains and a started and still couldnât eat it all. My son eats like a horse lol. Ribs (beef are my fav) are juice and tasty. Garlic prawns are lovely too. Although menu looks quite expensive these dishes are best shared. Love this place

After visiting longboards in Townsville thought we'd all 5 adults would give this one a goWe all had burgers and were all happy. Just thought a few chips with the burger woudnt break there bank.As we ordered 2 serves of fries as an extra this was to much.so maybe next time 1 would be enough. Some Carlton draught beer would be good also sorry not into boutique beer. Will return again.Thanks keep up the good work.

Would give 1 star but the staff was super nice. Food was awful. I got 10 wings. The "original" flavor is basically ketchup. The "Peri Peri" is ketchup with some pepper flakes. The beer paddle is WAY over priced. They essentially give 6 double shots of beer for $22. Then they say they give a "free mug of your favorite beer" which is a crock because the paddle is already way overpriced.

Had a meal here recently, staff were fantastic, not too pushy but very attentive. Good was very good, really good flavours. Not expensive at all, great value for money.
