Reviewed By 145gayled5* holiday the hotel was fantastic, as was all the staff, our rooms were well presented with the most comfortable beds, the balcony was also roomy, with nice seating. Plenty of outside & inside areas to relax or socialise. Pool area was always clean & tidy & the loungers comfy. The option to hire a towel was a great touch. Breakfast & lunch options were plentiful, evening not so much unless you got there early, but not a massive issue. We would definitely book again.

Reviewed By pjotrg2022Our company celebrated its 25 years of existence and our management decided to take all employees on a trip to Barcelona to see the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Although a big group entered the hotel and all wanted to check in, the staff was more than capable and friendly to help everyone out. The room was luxurious and well maintained. The hotel has good facilities like a pool, fitness room, game room and enough places to order a drink. Breakfast, lunch and diner are all very good, but it is a buffet, so no á la carte or anything fancy. Overall it was a very pleasant, enjoyable stay and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull.

I wouldn't bother if you like fun

The rooms were awful. 3 beds shoved in one room and cramped.. however credit to the cleaners who kept it spotless each day. Non working air con but a nice working fridge if you do need that. Lots of cupboard space too. You have 7 floors and 3 decent lifts to all floors and again super clean The animation was terrible. Half assed games to play and no real structure in the day. They would show there face when it suits and offer the same game which became monotonous. Food was okay and manageable. Not going to moan as the chef's do work very hard. And yet again clean Now for the worst part The bar staff ruined the holiday with there arrogant horrible rude behaviour. Roll there eyes when serving you and take ages to serve you. You need a card to be served and God forbid you forget it as even tho you have been seen 5 days they won't serve you. Very rude Edgar was and does not deserve a job.. The pool is ice cold but lovely once your able to get in. No atmosphere around the pool as no entertainment playing music or games . Toilet outside is like a dungeon don't go down alone as God knows who's lurking.. also someone poo on the floor but not hotel problem haha Possible worst all Inc I've had due to bar and entertainment which is what I enjoy. The park on site is dangerous. From my point of view you may aswell just go elsewhere No wonder the travel company had to try and fill this .

Lovely hotel

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is great & the staff are all lovely and welcoming. We had issues with our travel agent in which we weren’t actually even booked into the hotel, but the receptionist Lidia sorted the issue quickly with phone calls and was very helpful. The hotel room was so clean as was the restaurant and pool area with it being cleaned daily, even the lifts were seen being disinfected and wiped down; would highly recommend.

Reviewed By laurenhN8473NLHotel actually not that bad, staff nice enough. Food is sufficient obviously not gourmet dining but it isn’t going to be is it. Air conditioning is none existent though which is a huge fail because sleeping of an evening is very unpleasant. Very outdated unit from probably the 70s when hotel was built - blows out zero cold air but just makes a very loud noise as if it is working this lets the hotel down massively needs some money spending on the air con system.
