***DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE*** TERRIBLE customer service. Have contacted them before the Covid pandemic asking for a refund. Did not receive it. Then Covid hit - asked MANY times via email for a refund. This trip was for 4 adults - for a cost of 476Euros. There have been so many emails - and they keep saying that a refund is in the works. First they said immediately, then they said 6 months. I cannot recommend this tour operator due to this blatant disrespect of their customers. I need these funds back. I was out of work for more than 8 months - and this is really unacceptable.

Marc is the most hospitable owner we have ever met. We do not speak french and we were told he did not speak English, but we wanted to go as it was a recommendation from a friend. We certainly didn't expect much because we knew the language barrier would be an issue. Well it actually wasn't. Marc did such a wonderful job trying to figure out ways to explain things with the words he knew. We used a translator for others. His process is spectacular and we have such respect for his art. Not to mention the champagne was wonderful! Marc is not only funny but easy to be with and has a wonderful story to share. We greatly appreciated him and his champagne

Expect a heady experience on this intimate tour of France’s magnificent Champagne region. Any tour of Champagne wouldn’t be complete without a visit to an iconic champagne house, so you’ll enjoy a guided visit and raise a glass of bubbly at the legendary Mumm cellars, home to something like 25 million bottles of one of the world’s bestselling champagnes. Then you’ll take a scenic drive (so beautiful that we’ve scheduled a photo-stop) to Hautvillers and the abbey where Dom Pérignon (aka the father of champagne) lived and worked for much of his life, before heading to the beautiful La Cave à Champagne restaurant in Épernay, your host for a three-course lunch and drinks. Learn more about the magical champagne-making process at a family-owned vineyard (a less grand affair this time), sip a flute of authentic house champagne and raise a glass to your exquisite day trip.
Inclusions: Photo-stop and quick tour of the stunning Hautvillers village, Guided visit of a local winery and tasting of their authentic champagne, 3-course meal (starter + main course + dessert) in a charming Épernay restaurant, Cave à Champagne, Guided visit of world-famous champagne cellars, G. H. Mumm, and tasting, Dedicated driver-guide for the full day tour, Roundtrip transportation from your Paris accommodation

Martin Luther is NOT the same historical figure as MARTIN LUTHER KING Jr. Germany is not the same nation as the US. Martin Luther was the great GERMAN reformer of the 1500s. Martin Luther King Jr. was the great civil rights American reformer of the 1960s. I keep trying to help this organization, but they don't seem to worry about trivia like historical facts.
Come and discover our estate with its cellar of 1000 barrels, more than a century old and its cellars from the end of the 19th century. Come soak up the soul of the house. For four generations, the Jaeger family, cellar masters from father to son, watch over the respect of the Alfred Gratien style: the passion for wood, the ancestral gestures of vinification in barrels and respect for the Champagne region.
Inclusions: The visit continues with a tasting of 3 of our champagnes to choose from among the classic range, vintages and Cuvées Paradis.

An outstanding experience! We booked online, and arrived for a 10AM tour and tasting. The tour was conducted wonderfully by a knowledgeable guide, and the cellars are quite beautiful. The tasting was superb, with very generous pours of some fascinating and delicious wines. Their wines are truly unique among producers because of the oak barrel ageing, and well worth visiting for the superb value. We were also very appreciative that our dog (carried in a small backpack) was welcomed through the entire tour and tasting. A lovely experience, and we will certainly be back to stock up every time we are nearby!!
