There is a self-guided audio history walk for Richmond! It really showed and told us the history of some of the beautiful heritage buildings and sites. Absolutely worth doing it!

We were passing through Lithgow and needed information about road closures for our drive back to Canberra. The lady who helped us gave us lots of information and a few options. The centre itself is very well set up with lots of information. We got great service and really appreciate it.

Staff here were awesome and really helpful. They told us that Gairloch garden was open the weekend we were at Oberon ( it is only open a few times a year.) We were able to get lots of pamphlets for the area and they could tell us about road closures, weather conditions etc.

Get information & helpful advice regards Blue Mountains. Buy your ticket to visit Scenic World (no queuing) and red Explorer Bus Hop On Hop off tickets. Also book accommodation at best rates, ask about long or short walks, get free maps, find out where are the 3 Sisters, Blue Mtns National Park, Echo Point, Leura, waterfalls, bushwalking, great coffee, shopping, good restaurants & how to get around. The visitor centre is full of lovely gifts plus the Gary Hayes fine art photographic gallery. Well worth exploring & enjoying.

This shop looks out to Echo Point and the new developments. You can watch parrots and other native birds feeding outside the windows. Very helpful staff who gave me a magazine with the story of the Three Sisters and why the mountains are blue. Great selection of gifts and information.
