Reviewed By proper wThe staff at Residencial las Palmeras were great. Emily was always there when ever we needed something or had a question. The Penthouse that we had overlooking the ocean was amazing. I recommend anyone that is going to visit Boca Chica that they stay at this resort. Will definitely make reservations again here.

Reviewed By psi_xlopsSeveral times during my 3 month stay, my unit was entered without prior notification or permission; once while I was exiting the shower wearing only a towel. The advertisements for "Full Run of the House", "Full Usage of House", "Private Room" are all false. Once you get there--you'll see that what you booked--and what you actually get--are vastly different. Of course, you can get what you actually wanted and payed for--for more money of course. Bait & Switch. Offer for an airport ride is double what Uber charges--plus they want you to pay for the gas & tolls. Same for the rental car offering; after insurance, fees, taxes (minimum 1-month required even if your need is only for a few days), it is way overpriced. I left for a 5 day excursion. Upon returning, the bottled water system had been removed ("Oh--we needed that for our office") and we were left without water. You want to use the A/C? Separate meter & electricity charges folks. Giant german shepherd dog--barks all day & night. Dishonest, unscrupulous attorney that will not respect Western customs and ways of conducting business, loses her temper quite easily, and generally made our stay uncomfortable & ultimately unbearable. We forfeited our last few weeks & booked another nearby property that was more professionally managed.

Reviewed By bani83Nice jacuzzi tub, very large like small pool. Nice staff. BUT. The rooms have Old a/c and stiff beds. Very small bath towels. Bare minimum. Not to stay for more than one night. Should be 2 stars or less not three. Outdated

The host are very pleasant and friendly , they don t consider you just as a stupide gringos with Wallet which is very good in this country. Breakfast good in a chill and quiet garden An Island of tranquility in the middle of the mess of the town. Thanks a lot for welcome , See you again i hope
