Small, quiet lake surrounded by shops and inns; great for boating and fishing.
I live near this lake and have walked, biked, or run around it hundreds of times. It is a fun route, taking you by parks, through neighborhoods, over bridges, and through downtown. I definitely recommend this route. It never gets old and provides many scenic views of the lake, especially at sunrise or sunset.

This beautiful Veterans Memorial Park was dedicated in 2015. It sits between Lac LaBelle and Fowler Lake in Beautiful Oconomowoc. It is one the most beautiful memorial parks I have seen. It is also right on the edge of downtown Oconomowoc within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the boardwalk along Fowler Lake.

This tucked away antique mall has over 100 booths containing just about anything you could be looking to find! This is one of the first places I look for furniture such as tables, chairs, bookcases, desks, etc., along with antiques purses, clothing, serving pieces, old tools, antique door knobs and so much more! I frequently stop by to see what is new in all the booths as well as looking for specific items. I have never been disappointed! My husband now goes with me to look for old military items and tools. Open 10-5 every day, so a great way to spend a couple of hours. There is also a booth that has a huge selection of chalk paint!

Art gallery specializing in the beautiful American landscapes of Terry Redlin.
wonderful selection of gifts - paintings, jewelry, purses, candles, and items for the house. Lori is the best - she's welcoming and goes out of her way to help customers. She also does professional framing - not only does she do a great job of framing, she also prices the work reasonably. Highly recommend, but please note the name change

Beautiful mansion built by Marjorie Ward of the powerful Chicago Ward family.
It's currently on the market for a mere $5 million plus. It's just beautiful on the outside. Fun to bike past it and just imagine what it would be like to live there."
