A low key, simple establishment, but they know how to make (award winning ) cheese. Non-cheese articles for sale include good old-time root beer, and various baked goods. A short hop from the 401, and worth the detour.

This is a great location for nature hikes. Since their welcome Centre is currently closed due to COVID, it might be a good idea to print their brochure and map off their website as there are several trails of different lengths and themes. The trails and boardwalks seem well maintained although their markings and directions could be better for first timers. There are several benches and picnic tables through the site. Highly recommended and free too!!!!
